What is said in the video
because it closed, it was granted until today to tell you about it.
We come to verse 45 of Surah Al-Hijr. The God-fearing who fear Allah's punishment and take refuge in His mercy will surely be in gardens and at springs. How beautiful. Who fear Allah's punishment and take refuge in His mercy: is there a god other than Allah? Our Lord, who created the worlds, who gives us our sustenance, who brings into being from nothing, who created the worlds so that His essence would be known and gave man a portion of His spirit, who made man the noblest of creatures, who honoured him above the worlds: how can a person flee from His mercy, and how can a person deny such a Lord?
And which mind denies the existence of Allah? Although every mind knows that it was created by a Lord, although so many prophets, scholars, books and proofs have come, the people who still live within the circle of ignorance with the storms of denial, who are in rebellion, of course, of course Hell will be a shelter for them. And Allah Almighty again says in a verse: is there no place in Hell for these? Yes. Let us come to the people honoured with the light of Islam, who fear Allah and take refuge in His mercy, to the God-fearing, those adorned with piety: they will surely be in gardens and at springs.
Beneath which rivers flow, it says. They will be in their gardens. Yes.
Surah Al-Hijr, we have come to verse 45.
The God-fearing who fear Allah's punishment and take refuge in His mercy will surely be in gardens and at springs.
Allah Almighty does not say to man: work and give it to Me.
Allah Almighty was an unknown treasure. He willed that His essence be known. When we say an unknown treasure, what did this mean? Allah Almighty neither begot nor was begotten. He subsists by His essence. Subsists by His essence. He has neither beginning nor end. And what does it say in the verse? Hüve'l-evvelü ve'l-âhiru ve'z-zâhiru ve'l-bâtın. I am the First, the Last, the Manifest and the Hidden, He says. As the First, the First has no before. As the Last, the Last has no end. He is the Owner of the manifest worlds and the hidden inner worlds. In that case a treasure, that is, an ocean of knowledge.
An ocean of knowledge. A treasure. He wills that His essence be known. Indeed. Now let us suppose this. Let us say you created this dominion. God forbid, Allah protect us. Such a thing cannot be. You created the dominion. You have the power to do whatever you wish. What will you do all alone? Of course you would want to be known. So Allah Almighty, too, having the power to create such an ocean of knowledge, willed to be known, and with a part of His essence, man's, our Lord who created man's spirit with a part of His essence, that is, by giving of His spirit, holding man as one addressed by His essence, to form intimacy with man whom He created like His essence.
That is, to converse. To take as one addressed. To take man as one addressed. Yes. A great event. This is a great honour for man. Indeed He says: We have honoured you above the worlds. Yes. So the God-fearing: those who know Allah in this way, who submit to Allah, who know their Creator, their Lord, as Lord and take refuge in Allah with their (?), people who adorn themselves with piety in Allah's commands as far as they can, that is, minding the lawful and unlawful, respecting people's rights and laws, on a straight path, on the sirat al-mustaqim, on a straight path, judging with justice, spend their lives; for these people Allah Almighty, in the world of the hereafter, gardens beneath which flow, beneath which rivers flow, He promises.
Allah Almighty never breaks His promise. And no created being can be as true to his word as Allah. In the face of this, for the God-fearing who fear Allah's punishment and take refuge in Allah Almighty's mercy, by His saying they will surely be in gardens and at springs, these people of piety, while still in this world, are given the glad tidings of what Allah promised: His Paradise, the place of salvation and safety.
