(Oh My Messenger!) Tell My servants that I am Ghafoor (Most Forgiving) and Raheem (the One Who very generously accepts repentance).
Tafsir
Allah (swt) has created human beings deficient in intellect. It pleases Allah (swt) when they commit mistakes unknowingly, and then when they realize their mistakes, they repent from their mistakes and ask Allah (swt) for forgiveness. The creation of man is for him to know his Lord. In order for him to know his Lord, he was created incomplete and faulty. People commit mistakes even in things they know well, they may do bad things thinking they are doing right. When people realize the mistakes they have made, they turn to Allah (swt) and say, "O Allah, I am a servant created weak in helplessness. I regret the sins I have committed knowingly or unknowingly. I seek your forgiveness. I have neither a door nor a mawla to go to except you. O Allah, the Creator of the universe, forgive me, my mother, my father and the believers, Your mercy is abundant, Your mercy is abundant, Your forgiveness is abundant, O Allah, if a person surrenders to Allah in prayer, Allah will take that person under His mercy and turn his sins into rewards. Because Allah is very protective and merciful to His servants. Allah does not leave His creatures in His creation unattended, and He is the One who is aware of their situation at all times.

Well, verse 49 of the Surah is truly for people a door of mercy. A door of mercy. And a verse that will make people's human feelings tremble. What does it say? My Messenger, inform My servants that I am the Most Forgiving and the Most Merciful. That is, O human, I created you in helplessness. I also limited your mind.
When you commit an error, knowing the helplessness of the error, if from these evils that you committed out of your deficiency, out of your ignorance, you refrain, turn back to your Lord and take refuge, then do not forget that I am very forgiving, that I will forgive, it says. That is, whatever way you may be, however sinful you may be, if in the end you turn back (?) with the heart, confessing with your tongue, affirming in your heart, if you turn to your Lord in tears: O our Lord, I lived an age of ignorance, I followed my nafs; other than You there is no other door to go to, I understood, and since there is no door to go to, surely, to the divine presence, with this blackened face, in my sinful state, how can I come into Your presence, my Allah, forgive me - when you say this, there is no sin that Allah Almighty will not forgive.
As long as you turn to Him. Because there is no creator other than Him. Other than Him we have no door to (?). Yes. Allah Almighty created people deficient in mind. That they commit errors unknowingly and then, when they realise the errors they made, turn back from their errors and ask Allah Almighty for pardon and forgiveness, pleases Allah Almighty. The human being is created so that he knows his Lord. And so that he knows his Lord, he was created deficient and fallible. People make mistakes even in things they know well. They may do bad things thinking they are doing right. When people realise the errors they made, they turn back to Allah Almighty, turning to Him: O my Allah, I am a servant of Yours created weak, in helplessness.
I regret the sins I have committed knowingly or unknowingly, I take refuge in Your pardon. Other than You I have neither a door to go to nor a Master. O my Allah who created the universe, forgive me, my mother, my father, the believers. Your mercy is abundant, Your compassion is abundant, Your pardon is abundant, my Allah - saying this, in prayer, if a person submits, taking refuge in Allah, Allah Almighty takes this person under His mercy and changes his sins into good deeds. Because Allah is the One who greatly protects His servants and has mercy on them. Allah does not leave His creatures unattended among what He created, and at every moment He is the one who knows their states and (?).
Yes. And I say: O people, when we have such a Lord, abundant in mercy, abundant in forgiveness, abundant in pardon, when we have a Lord, when we have a Lord, a Lord who sets so many blessings before people, when we have a Lord who adorns man with a form from His essence, gives him a part of His spirit and makes him one addressed by His essence, how can you turn your back on Him? How can you (?)? How can you go beyond what Allah has said? How can you act unjustly toward the servants Allah created and oppress them? You upset them, you torment them.
In this case, if we grasped the subtlety of the verses, we would feel on our backs not this world but the weight of several more worlds.
Besides that, since we have such a Lord, our heart - not this world, even if there were several more worlds, that heart would take them in, and would be with your Lord in that peace. If only a person knew the verses. Its meaning is this; I said these things in response to this verse. If there is one to be feared most, it is Me - that is, not one world, but even if there were several more worlds on your back, fearing that punishment of Allah, that you would be crushed under it, remembering a day when you will be crushed, this (?), this word I said. And when He says, if there is one to be loved most, it is Me, then not those several worlds - even if there were several more worlds, (?) your heart.
Because you are with your Lord, you are with your Creator. One who is with Him is neither grieved, nor a stranger, nor alone. Yes.
