Translation

Thus, We turned their nation upside down and We made marked stones, from baked clay, rain down upon them!

Tafsir

Allah (swt) destroyed this rebellious and sinful people, who disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger and did not believe in the Hereafter, together with their towns, even though Allah (swt) warned them with the tongue of His Prophet Lut (peace be upon him), who was in their drunkenness and did not give up their filth. They turned their dwellings upside down and stones of clay were rained down on them.

Allah knows where and when and what will happen. Allah has predetermined in advance that this people will be destroyed if they continue in their rebellion, and He has predetermined that the stones baked in clay will be ready in advance, and He has determined where and to whom they will strike. In this respect, Allah is the Almighty. He cannot be defied.

What is said in the video

It comes to only this much.

Allah Almighty, to the generations that come after, shows them as an example of a lesson, and even though our Lord is not seen in this world, (?), He openly, visibly lets people feel His existence in this way. So We turned their land upside down. And We rained upon them stones of baked clay, He says.

These stones of baked clay He mentions: each one of them, each with the signals, the frequencies that people emit, being in the state of receiver and transmitter, each clay stone, whichever person it was to hit, strikes that target exactly, just as people find each other on the telephone. Allah Almighty created the worlds with knowledge, and with this knowledge they will come to an end. When people hear "stones of baked clay", sir, they think of ordinary clay stones, sir, that He rained on them. Whereas each of these, as a frequency, as receivers and transmitters, were tuned to find each other and strike them, stones created for that. This people who denied Allah and His Messenger, not believing in the Hereafter, rebellious and sinful, though Allah Almighty warned them through the tongue of the Prophet Lot (peace be upon him), remaining in their drunkenness and not giving up their filth: this people, together with their towns, He destroyed.

Their homeland was turned upside down, and stones of baked clay were rained upon them. With Allah, what will happen where and when is determined. That this people would continue in their rebellion and be destroyed was ordained beforehand by Allah; the stones of baked clay were ready beforehand, and where and for whom these stones were reckoned was also determined. Therefore Allah is the One who has absolute power. He cannot be opposed. Yes. This world is a temporary lodging place. Again, this world is a place of little provision. Our true property and place is in the Hereafter: the abode of eternal bliss or the eternal abode of Hell. May Allah protect us from the abode of Hell.

In this situation, people are deceived by this temporary worldly realm and get carried away by the feelings of the nafs, are deceived by Satan's temptation, and of their own will, going outside the religious ruling, which Allah does not want, they push Allah's limits, and they are like the four-legged ones roaming the earth. In keeping with the verse that says "(?) even more astray", if people come to that state, they wrong their own selves.
