Translation

Verily, your Lord is the One who Creates with the Truth and Aleem (All-Knowing).

Tafsir

Since Allah (swt) is the Creator out of nothing, Allah (swt) knows best how He creates His creations. The creatures He has created have been created in the bodies in which they were created, shaped in the most beautiful way according to the work and duties they will perform. He is the One who has His creatures under His sovereignty and knows best what they will need and what they will do.

What is said in the video

We have now reached Surah Al-Hijr, verse 86.

Surely your Lord is the One who creates as is due, the All-Knowing, it says. Here, the meaning of 'creating as is due': creating belongs to Allah alone, that is, bringing into being from nothing belongs to Allah alone. He brought it into being from nothing, but could He carry it out as is due? As is due. What does this mean? That is, a being He created, within the duty it will do, cannot do that duty in a better way than that; that being He created cannot do it. In the most beautiful way, in the way Allah Almighty shaped it, in the way He created it, it does that duty. This is creating as is due.

Creating as is due. Yes.

Allah Almighty, in His verse too, says: We did not, while creating these worlds, take Satan and his companions as witnesses for Ourselves, it says.

What does it say? While creating these worlds, We did not take Satan and his companions as witnesses for Ourselves. According to this verse, there are those He did take as witnesses. Those He took as witnesses. For example, in another verse He says this.

The second volume we will send to print, inshallah.

Yes, Surah Al-Hijr, verse 86: Surely your Lord is the One who creates as is due, the All-Knowing. After opening this up a little, the commentary, the 3-4 lines of text in the commentary we wrote, let us read to you. Since Allah Almighty is the One who brings into being from nothing, how He created what He created, surely Allah knows best. That is, Hodja, you knew it too, right — how He created, how He brought it forth, I do not know. That belongs to Allah alone. But I am a witness that in that creature that deficiency does not exist; I bear witness. I have borne witness to creating as is due. But how did He bring it into being from nothing?

Through what treatments, sir, He brought it to that state — that I cannot know. But the Allah who understands the language of all creatures, who speaks with all creatures, and who knows where His creature has a deficiency, bodily, how it will do its duty in comfort, from itself an act, the lack of a single act — that this Allah created His creature as is due for the duties it will do, I am a witness to that.

I am a witness.

There are even some more topics to be said, but I am swallowing them. I am swallowing them. Yes. Because we cannot go any further. That's it.

The creatures He created, according to the work they will do within the bodies they were created in, and the duties, have been created shaped in the most beautiful way. Here, we have opened this up for you. By placing His creations under His rule, He is also the One who knows best what they will need and what they will do. And He is the One who programs them accordingly.
