And worship your Lord, until there comes the Certainty (the death)!
Tafsir
Habibim, worship Allah until He comes near you. Allah (swt) does not say to His Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.), the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.), "worship your Lord until death comes to you", but He says "worship your Lord until He comes near you". This supports the following verse. We have made you alive, so according to the verse that all souls will taste death, the Prophet (PBUH) will taste death according to the verse of Allah (swt), and the Prophet (PBUH) will remain alive, unlike all those who taste death, as the only one among the whole humanity. In this case, the Prophet (PBUH) will live in both worlds, that is, both the worldly realm and the Hereafter.
Here we understand the following meanings from this verse:
1. In the first sense, continue your worship until your Lord is with you, realizing the manifestation of your Lord in the life of this world.
2. In the second sense, worship your Lord after the truth has come to pass, until you attain the exalted station (Maqam Mahmud) that your Lord will give you.
A question may arise here: The Prophet (SAW) has passed on to the Hereafter. The books of good deeds and sins of those who have passed on to the Hereafter are closed. In this case, what is the meaning of worshipping until the Day of Judgment and after the Day of Judgment until the Day of Reckoning. Is there a verse for what you are saying?
Yes, there is a verse in response to this statement.
1; I have made you alive.
2 When you come to a deadlock, that is, when you cannot decide on something, consult Allah and His Messenger. When we come to a deadlock, consulting the Ayat is consulting Allah (swt). When we consult the Hadiths, we consult the Prophet (PBUH) who said that if we do not understand something from the verses, consult the Hadiths which have a clearer meaning of the verses. It is the worship of the Prophet (PBUH) as he passed on to the hereafter and will be alive to enlighten people with his hadiths until the Day of Judgment.
Also, according to the verse that says when Paradise is brought closer in the Hereafter, on the day of reckoning, when the Court of Judgment is established, Allah (swt) says to worship until He (swt) gives you the right to intercede for people when He calls them to account. That is why Allah says to worship until you are close to Allah, that is, until you are with your Lord. And there are many more such verses.
What is said in the video
And worship your Lord until the yakin, death, comes to you, He says. The yakin to you. That is, until death comes.
If Allah Almighty says to a prophet, 'Worship until the end of your life' — then we are the community of a prophet who calls to the Truth and who for us bore many sacrifices and prays to Allah Almighty for us; as such, how can we abandon the prayer that is upon us?
How can we turn our backs on those obligations? The blessings Allah gave (?) if you still load the world on your back and try to be the world's porter, while tomorrow, with death, unable to take anything to the hereafter, you leave everything you earned in the world, if you chase a passing shadow and wear yourself out, if you turn your back on the real world, then according to the verse 'Do you not use your reason?' Such people will surely (?) eternal punishment.
Allah Almighty to the Prophet (peace be upon him): My beloved, until the yakin comes to you, that is, worship Allah. Allah Almighty does not say to Habib-i Kibriya, the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad, 'until death comes to you' but 'until the yakin comes to you.' Death is already within it.
Worship your Lord, He says. From this it becomes clear that the following verse is supported. We made you alive. Alive. So according to the verse 'Every soul shall taste death', the Prophet (peace be upon him), according to Allah Almighty's verse, will taste death. Unlike all who taste death, alone in the whole of humanity, the noble Prophet (peace be upon him) will remain alive. So no one can call the Prophet (peace be upon him) dead. Whoever says so denies the verse 'I made you alive.'
That is why He does not say 'until death comes to you.' If death came, it would take him away. When He says 'until the yakin comes to you', this yakin is death too, but He does not say death. After death there is life. This is a very great meaning. Since the verses have no Turkish equivalent, you cannot find a Turkish equivalent. In that case it opens up only in this way. And we try to open these up. Yes.
In this case the Prophet (peace be upon him) will live both worlds, that is, both the world of this life and the world of the hereafter. One: in the first meaning, continue your worship until, in the life of this world, aware of your Lord's manifestations, your Lord is with you — until then, worship. Your Lord with you. Because in every prayer, which prayer did he perform? He performed the middle prayer. In every prayer. What is the middle prayer? Poor people. They say the second prayer. They say the noon prayer. They say the evening prayer. They make things up. The middle prayer is the prayer in which Allah Almighty Himself manifests in a person's heart, and he himself performs it in the divine presence; that is the middle prayer.
That is why He says: guard the middle prayer. When a person stands for prayer, has he said Allahu Ekber, has he cast the world behind him, has he said there is no bond greater than Allah and folded his hands in His presence?
In Allah's presence you cannot think of anything else. And if you become aware of the manifestations, and He manifests in the heart, and in the divine presence, conversing face to face, you also perform the prayer, then this is the middle prayer. When He says 'Guard the middle prayer', it means: try to pray in this way. Yes, try to pray in this way.
Is there anyone who performs the middle prayer, Hodja? If you ask, if you ask do I know any of them — may Allah protect us from showing off — I perform the middle prayer many times. My Lord does not manifest. Speaking before me, He asks. Whatever I want, I will give. I want nothing but Your Essence, O Allah. Nothing. Reciting the verses, reciting the additional surahs, prostrating to my Lord, I perform my prayer. Yes. This is the middle prayer. Otherwise the middle prayer is not any one of the prayers. If the middle prayer were any one of the prayers — Prayer is a person's ascension. for the person who ascends, that is, among the prayers different degrees would have appeared, so that in coming before Allah Almighty people would say: in this prayer there is a higher degree, in that prayer a higher degree, and people would start performing those prayers.
There is no such thing. The middle prayer is not any one of the prayers. If, whenever you perform any prayer, you can perform the middle prayer, you truly express your prayer as a servant beloved by your Lord. Yes. Second, in the second meaning: after the decree of the Truth has come to pass, with the lofty station your Lord will give you, until he is honored with the Praised Station (Maqam Mahmud), let him worship his Lord. Yes. Here the following question may come to mind. The Prophet (peace be upon him) has passed on to the hereafter. The books of good deeds and sins of those who passed on to the hereafter are closed.
In that case, what does his worshipping until the Resurrection and after it until the Day of Reckoning mean? Is there a verse corresponding to what you say? One: I made you alive. The verse. Two: When you reach a dead end, that is, when you cannot decide on something, turn to Allah and His Messenger for counsel. Yes. Well, where will I find the Prophet? Well, where will I find Allah? If they consult Allah's verses and the Messenger's hadiths. Yes.
When we reach dead ends, our turning to the verses is our consulting Allah Almighty. And our turning to the hadiths means: if we do not understand something from the verses, turn to the hadiths for the clearer meaning of the verses. Yes.
It is for this reason that He commands: until the yakin to Allah comes, that is, until you are together with your Lord, do not leave off worship. Moreover, this is present in many more verses like it. Since the Messenger of Allah is alive, since the Prophet (peace be upon him), according to what Allah Almighty has made known in His verse, is among us, then from being a servant of Allah and from explaining Allah Almighty to people he never desists. (?) worship, yes.
