Translation

To whom Allah wishes, Allah sends down Allah’s angels and the Spirit (Ruh) (with Command of Allah) Saying; “Warn My servants; there is no God but Me (Allah), and fear Me (Allah)!”

Tafsir

Allah (swt) sends to the realm of property those whom He has programmed in advance and who will become Prophets from among His servants when the time comes, and He informs them of His command by revelation or by angels. What He reveals by revelation are His Verses that He gives to the heart of His servant who becomes a Prophet without using an intermediary. He also communicated some of his commands through Jibril-i Amin.

And that He sends the angels by His command, and that the people who are destroyed come to their Prophets and inform them of Allah's command, and that, again by Allah's permission, He removes the Prophets from the towns they would destroy and destroys the wrongdoers.

Through the Prophets, Allah makes His servants know that there is no god but Allah, that He has no partner or associate, that Allah is the Creator out of nothing, that He created all that exists, that He is the owner of it, that all souls will taste death, that Allah will inherit the heavens and the earth, and by introducing His Essence to people with the verse, He tells people that people are not free, that they should obey Allah's commands, that those who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter will be subjected to a painful punishment, and that they should fear Allah.

By informing the people living in the realm of property of His complete existence, Allah places the responsibility on them to worship or not to worship.

What is said in the video

Surah An-Nahl, we have come to its second verse.

Allah, by His own command, sends down angels upon whomever He wills of His servants. He sends them down. Does He send them down? He does. Did He not send them down to Abraham? Did He not send them down to Lot? Did He not give the flood to Noah (peace be upon him)? Yes. He sends them down. He sends them, saying: warn My servants that there is no god but Me, and fear Me. He sends them. Yes.

This — some people hold angels above humans.

No angel is superior to any created human.

Hodja, no angel goes to hell, but among humans there are some who do. When it comes to it — the angels were created from the light of the Prophet (peace be upon him). From his light. The worlds too were created from his light. But He gave of the spirit of the Prophet (peace be upon him). And so the spirits of the prophets too, from the spirit of the Messenger of Allah, were created. From his spirit the spirits of their peoples were created. Indirectly, all people were created from their Lord as (?). So the people created were created as the noblest of creatures. Lekad halaknel insane fi ahseni takvim.

I created man in the most beautiful form, He says. Yes. And He gave him of His spirit. Of Jesus too: I breathed of My spirit, He says. So the people into whom He breathed of His spirit and to whom He gave of His spirit — over these people no created being is superior. Is there a verse? There is, there is. We made man honored above the worlds, we say. Above the worlds. They apply this to the Jews. When it says to the Jews 'We made you honored above the worlds', there were the people of the Sabbath there, they say. The people of the Sabbath were in ignorance — above them, they say. Just look: Allah Almighty's word, over a single people.

Well, ignorance. They do not understand the verse. They turn it toward themselves. Spin it however suits you. Yes.

Allah Almighty, those of His servants whom He programmed beforehand and who, when their time comes, are to be prophets, sends to the (?) world, and by revelation or through angels His command He makes known to them. His command.

How does this happen? Here, I want to draw your attention here. Understand this part very well. If you do not understand it, it becomes: Gabriel taught the Prophet. Allah protect us. Today I looked at something (?) I looked to see where it had stopped.

They have written a hadith here. Not a hadith, rather a text; I (?) it here.

Gabriel advised me so much about the neighbor that I thought Allah Almighty would make the neighbor the neighbor's heir. The Prophet does not know, and here Gabriel teaches the Prophet. Into the heart of the Prophet (peace be upon him), Allah Almighty used to reveal. What became of the verse 'We will reveal to you, and you will never forget'? What became of revelation? Well, Hodja, didn't Gabriel bring the revelation? My dear man, bringing revelation is a good thing. Revelation is good. Where? The Quran is a revelation. Revelation. If I recited a surah from it to Ahmet Efendi, to Mehmet Efendi, I would have carried that revelation to him; I would have recited it to him.

And Gabriel (peace be upon him), on the 27th night of Ramadan, when the Quran descended from the Preserved Tablet to Sidrat al-Muntaha, the place called Qadr, when Allah Almighty revealed into the heart of the Prophet (peace be upon him) a surah, when He revealed it, He also commands Gabriel (peace be upon him), at Sidrat al-Muntaha, the Messenger of Allah's heart — the surah He had revealed into it — He has him recite it to him from there and has it memorized. He would have it recited to the Messenger of Allah. Would have it recited. That is, with his heart, the one reciting would be assured. Assured.

Yes. What does Allah Almighty say in the verse? (?), I draw your attention: when We reveal to a prophet's heart, Satan will inevitably try, it says, to tempt his heart, sir — this too they have wrongly interpreted: We annul that temptation and set it firmly in his heart, it says; whereas Allah continues His verse like this: We place revelation strongly in Our servant's heart, and that revelation — what Satan gives, (?), stays beside that revelation and is annulled. Is annulled. Yes. In this case, in this case, Gabriel does not teach the Prophet, nor do the angels teach. Allah reveals to the heart of His servant, the prophet.

He reveals. For example to Moses, to Jesus, sir, to David He gave the Psalms. He reveals the verses. The angels also descend to them. They recite them to them. (?) find confirmation.

Can a prophet's heart be mistaken like this? If you ask, if you ask — when he ascended on the Mi'raj, on the Mi'raj, when he saw Allah Almighty there with his physical eyes, it says he saw with his heart; his eyes did not deceive, it says. What does this mean? What does it mean? When He manifested in his heart, when he saw with his eyes, what his heart saw his eyes did not belie — did He say that? That is, he confirmed it. He too was assured there. Yes.

If they do not know the verses, they go astray. They go astray. Everything we say is with the proof of the corresponding verses.

We do not fabricate with reason. We do not do it with wordplay. We do not coin words, sir, to exploit people's consciences, nor do we use words to deceive them. If what I say is contrary to the verses, let them direct me to the truth.

Through the prophets Allah commands His servants: that there is no god but Allah, that He has no (?) partner, that Allah, as the One who brings forth from nothing, created all these existing things, that He is their Owner; with the verses 'Every soul shall taste death' and 'The heritage of the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah', making His Essence known to people, to people, making His Essence known through the prophets: that people are not left aimless, that Allah's commands they should fulfil, that those who do not believe in Allah and the hereafter will be subjected to a painful punishment, and that they should fear Allah.

So Allah, by making His existence fully known to the people living in the great universe, has laid on people the responsibility for worshipping or not. Yes.
