Translation

Indeed, Allah knows (all) the things they keep secret and (all) they reveal. Allah does not like those who are arrogant.

Tafsir

Since Allah (swt) is the Creator and will not leave His creations unattended, He has made a covenant with each and every human being He has created and has written their destiny for them. In this respect, while man does not know what will happen to him in time, Allah knows what His creatures will do until the Day of Resurrection. He creates events and makes every soul a witness against Him.

So what people conceal and what they reveal are one in the sight of Allah. Therefore, Allah says, We know what they will conceal and what they will reveal.

Allah does not like people who are arrogant, proud and conceited. Because man is incapable. He is created, he is in need. All the blessings given to him are Allah's. Except what he eats, drinks, wears and wears out. These are the sustenance given to man in the life of the body to keep him a witness to Allah (swt).

A person cannot boast and be arrogant about the things that Allah has bestowed upon him, the things that Allah has entrusted to him, the blessings he has been given as if they were his own. People who are arrogant and boastful like that are covetous of Allah's creation. They forget Allah. Allah (swt) does not like proud and arrogant people who turn their backs on Him.

What is said in the video

Surah An-Nahl, verse 23: Without doubt, Allah knows what they will conceal and what they will reveal. He never loves those who act arrogantly. We know, He says, the secrets of the hearts. Yes, the secrets of the hearts. What you need but do not know, hidden in the remotest corner of your heart, We know it, He says. These are verses. How does He know? With each of us — that verse 172 of Surah Al-A'raf, which they buried, you know. Here our wishes and desires, our will, were given to us as our destiny. And Allah Almighty worked these destinies into us as characters. And because Allah Almighty is free from deficient attributes, what kind of person we are — since they see His Essence as human- like — Allah, who is free from deficient attributes, brings us into the world and places us here.

Come on, step forward. Now, a hidden world. That is, a world where His Essence is not seen. Come on now, He says, Me — a world where My Essence is not seen — Me (?) not here. Only because of this deficiency — out of completeness; Allah is free from deficient attributes. He brings us and places us here. Otherwise, He does know where we will go. He knows. Yes. What does it say in the verse?

Had We destroyed you before the remembrance, before the remembrance, you would have said this, He says:

If only You had sent us prophets and books, and we had busied ourselves with Your remembrance and known You. So that you would not say that, He says, We did this. That is, We sent you to the world, He says. What is "before the remembrance"? What is there before Allah's word? There is the address Elestü bi Rabbiküm. There is the creation of souls, the realm of Lahut. When we first came to life in the realm of Lahut, when He gave us life, and küntüm ezvâcen selâseh — all the pairs, three classes, He says. When He said there "I am your Lord" — a definite command. When He said "Am I not?", a definite command, when He said "your Lord", (?) became three classes, He says. O you on the right, good tidings to you.

O you on the left, woe to you. Ve's-sâbikûne's-sâbikûn, ülâike'l-mukarrabûn, fî cennâti'n-naîm. A third group, the group of the sabikun, He says. The prophets, the prophets, the martyrs, the group of the martyrs. He already knows what we are. So Allah, free from deficient attributes, brings us and places us in a hidden world. Come on now, He says, step forward. When you are dying, dying, when the soul reaches the throat and the door of repentance closes — fe levlâ izâ beleğati'l-hulkûm — when the soul reaches the throat, ve entüm hîne'izin tenzurûn. Come on, turn it back, He says. Ve nahnu akrabu ileyhi minküm ve lâkin lâ tubsirûn.

All the relatives gather around him too, waiting for his soul to depart. And you, by Our power — you are close to him, but We, We, He says. At that moment he sees those worlds; He shows them. Then the person says: My Allah, send me back once more. See how I will worship You, he says. We — not once, He says — even if We sent you back several more times, you would do the same thing again. Why? That world will close again. Again I will take on my own state. Again — like they film me here on video — even if they showed me fifty thousand times, fifty thousand times he will do the same thing. He will say the same thing. There will be no change, after all.

Yes.

Without doubt, Allah knows their secrets and what they will reveal. He never loves those who act arrogantly. Why? He does not love those who act arrogantly.

In fact, I used to say: in the verse, Allah Almighty says: when We raise a scholar, above him there is a scholar, above him a scholar there is, He says. That is, do not boast, saying I am a scholar, He says. Do not boast. I used to say: (?), who is above (?)? There's no one more, I mean. Is there anything to this, I'd ask. Anyway, it turned out this is not as we thought.

Let's say He raised Ahmet as a scholar. Above him, He raised Mesut as a scholar. Above him, He raised Doğan as a scholar. After that, the Scholar: Allah Almighty. So you cannot boast. The Scholar of scholars. Above you too there is Allah. There is a hand, He says. Above the hand (?). This is the verse (?). Surah Al-Fath, verse 10. Yes, if Allah's hand is above our hands, then in His presence, as helpless created servants, we cannot boast, even if we are scholars. Yes, since Allah Almighty is the Creator and will not leave His creatures unattended, making a covenant with each person He created, He has written for them their destinies themselves. In this respect, while man does not know what will happen to him in time, Allah Almighty what people, His creatures, will do until Judgment Day knows.

By creating events for them, every soul against itself, every soul against itself, He holds as witness. This is Allah's attribute of being Allah. Our minds cannot grasp this. All the beings He has created in this universe, in a way that they themselves can be held as witnesses against themselves, for what each living being He created will do, He creates an event in front of it. This is not easy. All these people, these (?) animals — their food, their drink — He creates events in front of them. In these events, in that time, they through actual deeds prove what kind of people they are. At the same time they secure their livelihood.

The mind cannot contain this. This is something unique to Allah. Yes, so what people conceal and what they reveal is one in Allah's sight. In this respect, Allah decrees: We know what they will conceal and what they will reveal. Allah never loves people who are arrogant, proud and act big. Because man is helpless, he is created, he is in need. And all the blessings given to him belong to Allah. Except what he eats, drinks, consumes and wears out, these, within the life of the body, are provisions given to man so that he may hold himself witness to Allah Almighty. So man, with the things Allah has bestowed on him, with his trusteeship over them, cannot boast and be arrogant with those given blessings as if they were his own.

Such arrogant and boastful people grow greedy for what Allah has created; they forget Allah. And Allah Almighty does not love the proud and arrogant people who turn their backs on Him.
