Translation

Allah has brought you out of your mother’s wombs while you did not know anything. For you to be grateful, Allah gave you ears, eyes and hearts.

Tafsir

(Allah brought you out of your mothers' wombs when you knew nothing). Although Allah made Himself known to human beings in Kalu Bela, they betrayed Him and did not want to recognize Him. So Allah sent people to the realm of property where His Essence is invisible so that they would not know anything. Allah created our souls. He made a covenant with them. Then He lifted our souls to the world of Berzah, the place of waiting. When the time comes for the soul to come to the world, He takes it from the realm of Berzah and brings it to the realm of Jabarut, a place called the realm of intimacy, and there He covers it with the light of Jabarut and locks that part like giving a password to a computer program so that it forgets the covenant and does not know the events. Then he sends him to the angelic realm, where he covers him with the light of angelic light. There, too, a part of the program is closed with a password. Then, on the fortieth day of fertilization in the womb in the realm of property, when the fetus turns into a clot of blood, the soul enters this fetus, without remembering anything from the hereafter. It remains in the womb for a period of nine months or nine months and ten days. Then it enters the world. When he is born from his mother, he does not know anything. After that, man begins to grow and learn. Allah created man in such a way that He gave him eyes, ears and hearts.

People also see and learn with their eyes. They also hear and learn with their ears. What he calls the hearts are the emotions in human beings and the shelter of their souls. He equips people with these organs to know their Creator by ensuring the development of people with these emotions. It is when people develop their emotions with the bad traits in their nature by indulging in egoistic emotions that they feel a sense of being and greatness. They rebel against their Lord and commit rebellion against Him. But when they fight against the evil in their nafs and develop their feelings with the Verses of Allah, they become good people. That is why Allah has given man eyes, ears and hearts. By bearing the fruit of its nature, every soul reveals what it is and holds itself as a witness against Allah.

What is said in the video

Surah An-Nahl, verse 78 Now, these are verses which people can only talk about superficially, according to their minds; such are these verses. And 11 commentaries have been written. Our commentary resembles none of them. Is it false? When you read it, you compare. Is it false or is it the truth? Well, when you compare it with them, you understand. Now what does it say? Allah brought you out of your mothers' wombs while you knew nothing, and gave you ears, eyes and hearts so that you may be grateful, it says. Now, whichever commentary you read, Allah Almighty taking the souls from the realm of Barzakh, clothing them in the place we call the realm of Jabarut, that is, taking the essence from there and veiling it, making them forget that place, sending them from there to the realm of Malakut as spiritual soul, you see, wrapping it there in a garment, making it forget the realm of Jabarut, sending it to the world as a spiritual soul, wrapping it in a bodily soul, making it forget its spiritual soul state: when He brought us out of our mothers' wombs, is that not the state of being without knowledge?

We start from zero in this world. Yet there is knowledge in our heads. There is our covenant in the realm of the hereafter. There is our having seen the realm of Mulk. Well, there are our desires and wishes. There are. There is our being lifted to Barzakh. There is, I mean, there is. But those places were made to be forgotten. Not made forgotten. It is in memory. Locked. So will it never open? If you reform your nafs, if you walk the sirat al-mustaqim, the right path, if you are occupied with the remembrance of Allah, if you heed halal and haram, and keep up your prayer, your supplication, your fasting, if you place Allah's light in your heart, if you pray the tahajjud prayers at night, then in this case a huruj, an exit, occurs back the way you came.

The realm of Malakut, the realm of Jabarut, and all the way to the realm of Lahut, you crack those codes. Then, according to the states of your nafs, Allah Almighty shows you those realms. In this case, how beautifully Allah Almighty says: while you knew nothing, that is, in our mothers' wombs, until it comes, our memory being locked. Allah brought you out of your mothers' wombs, and so that you may be grateful He gave you ears, eyes and hearts, it says. So that you may be grateful. If my characters were not in me, if my feelings, those implanted characters, were not in me, how would I understand this with eyes, ears and hearts?

But if those hearts, eyes and ears are veiled and sealed, then they are different. They cannot know Allah and they cannot give thanks. They do not know gratitude. Allah brought you out of your mothers' wombs while you knew nothing. Allah Almighty is free from deficient attributes. Although Allah made Himself known to people at Qalu Bala, people betrayed Allah and did not want to know Him. So Allah, by sending people to the realm of Mulk where His essence is not seen, caused them to come to know nothing. How does He do it? At the time of coming into the world, whichever person will come, He takes him from Barzakh.

According to the verse saying Allah knows what is in the womb, whether He will take a girl or will take a boy, Allah knows this from there. But when He brings them into the world, while in the mother's womb, whether they are girls or boys is more or less known. So when it says Allah knows what is in the wombs, probably from the, uh, that realm of Barzakh, when He takes the soul, whether He will take a girl or a boy, Allah knows this. Although Allah made Himself known to people at Qalu Bala, people, being stubborn against Allah, did not want to know Him. So Allah, by sending people to the realm of Mulk where His essence is not seen, caused them to come to know nothing.

Allah Almighty created our souls and made a covenant with them. Then He lifted our souls to the realm of Barzakh, which is a waiting place. When the time comes for the soul that will come to the world, He takes it from the realm of Barzakh, brings it to the realm of Jabarut, that is, a place called the realm of nearness, and there clothes it with the light of Jabarut. So that it forgets the covenant and does not know the events, as if giving a computer program a password, He locks that section. Then He sends it to the realm of Malakut, and there too wraps it in a garment of the light of Malakut.

There a part of the program is closed with a password. Then, with man remembering nothing of the hereafter, in the realm of Mulk, in the mother's womb, on the fortieth day when, after fertilization in the womb, the embryo turns into a blood clot, the soul enters this embryo. For a period like nine months or nine months and ten days it stays in the mother's womb. Then it arrives in the world. At the moment he is born of his mother, he knows nothing. From then on, man begins to grow and learn. Allah created man in such a way that He gave people eyes, ears and hearts.

Yes.

People learn by seeing with their eyes, and learn by hearing with their ears. What it calls hearts is the feelings in man and the place that shelters man's spirit. Developing people through these feelings, so that they may know their Creator, He equips people with these organs. So when people, by feelings of the nafs, carried away by feelings, with the bad traits in their nature develop their feelings, they feel in themselves a self-importance and grandeur. They become rebellious against their Lord, they revolt against Him. Let us stop here. Let me explain one point here to you a bit more. We said people learn by seeing with their eyes.

And they learn by hearing with their ears. When it says hearts, it is the feelings in man and the place that shelters man's spirit, where Allah Almighty manifests. Manifestation, and the person, by way of kashf, by way of kashf, can behold the spiritual realms, and the knowledge we call true inner knowledge he also receives from here. Yes. I came back to complete this point for you. Developing people through these feelings; we had in fact passed over this point vaguely. What do we say? With the ears he hears and learns. When it says hearts, it is the feelings in man and the place that shelters man's spirit, we say.

What I opened up for you, we pass over vaguely like this here. Developing people through these feelings, so that they may know their Creator, He equips people with these organs, we say, we had said. That is, here Allah Almighty's raising people spiritually through manifestations with the clarity of kashf, equipping them with Allah's knowledge, all comes about through these manifestations and through Allah, with the clarity of kashf, showing it to people. In hearts, through manifestations to hearts, to the place that shelters the spirit He gives true feeling in this way. Yes. Here people learn the things called inner knowledge.

So when people, carried away by feelings of the nafs, with the bad traits in their nature develop their feelings, they feel in themselves a self-importance and grandeur. Now here we are talking about the bad ones. If they gave Allah Almighty a bad covenant, those feelings, with the desires and wishes in their nature, they develop into bad feelings. Yes. If he gave Allah Almighty an obedient, that is, a good covenant, with those feelings the inner realms in his own heart, the essential realms, he sees and develops. He receives that knowledge. He receives inner knowledge. Yes. He becomes rebellious against his Lord, he revolts against Him, if he develops bad feelings.

If people, struggling against the bad and the evils in their nafs, with Allah's verses develop their feelings, they too become good people. That is why Allah gives man eyes, ears and hearts. Every nafs, by yielding the fruit of its own nature, shows what it is, and makes itself a witness before Allah. How beautiful: in the verse people are there in groups, divided. By feelings, by their nafs, by their states, by the deeds they do. Does Allah here ever say: I made that servant like this, to this servant, I tell you, I was treacherous, I created him for Hell, I made him for Paradise, I, you see, increased his rancor, I, let me tell you, cut My mercy off from him? I always say it: it is always by the deeds people themselves have done, and by the characters people have given with their own characters, or by commands, that people determine what kind of persons they are. Yes.
