They know Allah’s blessings. And then they deny them. Most of them are infidels.
Tafsir
The blessings that Allah (swt) has bestowed upon human beings are countless and endless. However, we can gather the main blessings in four categories. The first one is that He gives the human being His Spirit and keeps him in contact with His Essence. He created the equal of all creation and made him the caliph of the earth. In this respect, He says (lekad haleknel insane fi ahseni takvim) I created man in the most beautiful form. The second is the blessing of reason that He has given to man. With this blessing of reason, man distinguishes between good and evil and determines his path. Thirdly, Allah brought people out of darkness into the light by sending the religion of Islam and His Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Fourthly, Allah has made available to mankind all the blessings He has created in the seas, air and land. People cannot finish counting these blessings of Allah. The human mind knows that these blessings are given to them by Allah. Because the intellect knows that a Lord created them.
Even though such blessings are true and the truth is known, people attribute them to their idols, which they associate with Allah, believing that they are a blessing from the idols they worship, and they abandon Allah. In addition, the subject of the blessing here is the Prophet of two worlds, Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH).
Since the Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h.) was sent by Allah (swt), and since all blessings and creatures were created from the light of the Prophet (p.b.u.h.), Allah (swt) refers to the Prophet (p.b.u.h.) as the greatest of the blessings (they know the blessing of Allah, and then they deny it), and since every mind is created to know Allah (truth has come and falsehood has disappeared), Allah (swt) says that the Prophet (p.b.u.h.) is the greatest of the blessings. The fact that Allah (swt) refers to the Prophet (pbuh) as the greatest of the blessings (they know the blessing of Allah and then deny it) means that since every mind is created to know Allah, they realize that their ideas are false in comparison to the Truth, because of the verse (truth has come and falsehood has disappeared). They know and confess the Prophethood of the Prophet (SAW) and that they are on the straight path. Then, when they are left alone with their friends and their ego, they again, with their destined character of denying Allah, deny Allah and mock Allah's Prophets. Most of them are disbelievers. Except those among them who made a covenant for Islam and have not yet reached Hidayet.
What is said in the video
We have come to Surah An-Nahl, verse 83. They know Allah's blessing, they acknowledge it, it says. Because every person, every person, way back at the (?), at Qalu Bala,
that there is a god who created them they know. They said yes. Pay great attention to this point. They even acknowledge Allah's blessings. Then they deny it, it says. So at Qalu Bala, when Allah Almighty said, I am your Lord, however much, with the feelings of the nafs, they saw Allah Almighty as like themselves and, out of pride and arrogance, waited for the Allah of their imagination and belied the Allah before them who created them and turned their backs, still they know they were created, created by a god, by a Lord. That is why he says, yes, I was created. I was created, yes. Because of this creation, Allah Almighty — that this is so, you know, "they will not be able to see their Lord" — confirms it with the verse as well.
Because there is no god besides Allah, that they might see their Lord. It symbolises tawhid in this verse. Some people, when interpreting this, say people will be raised blind in the hereafter, as blind. Because they don't know, they (?) it according to their own minds. No. Others say it is a proof that Allah will be seen in paradise. Well, Allah knows the (?) of everything, they say. And in this way they gloss over it. Whereas the actual meaning of this verse is: in this "Alastu bi- Rabbikum" address, those who turned their backs on Allah Almighty out of arrogance and pride — about whom Allah Almighty says this to His Beloved, the Prophet: My Beloved, do not mind their belying you.
In their time they betrayed Me too, He said, with the verse. That is, though I created them, they turned their backs on Me. They denied Me. They waited for the Lord of their imagination. There is no such Lord that they should see their Lord. That is the verse. They cannot see their Lord. Yes. So here every person of reason, every single soul, knows that he was created. That is when he said yes. Yes, I was created. Yes. And then they deny it. Most of them are unbelievers, it says. Most are kafir. That is, deniers. Yes.
Truly a heavy word. A very heavy word.
Before this verse of our Lord, for a person's conscience not to ache and for him not to surrender to Allah Almighty with the deepest feelings is impossible.
They know Allah's blessing, they acknowledge it. Then they deny it. Most of them are unbelievers. The blessings Allah Almighty gives people are countless. Counting them never ends. But we can gather His main blessings in four categories. We can gather His main blessings in four categories. Yes.
The first is that He gave man from His spirit and made him an addressee of His Being. His greatest blessing. In the verse too: We have honoured man above the worlds, it says. His honouring is His giving man from His spirit. Again, in a verse: if you seek might and honour, might and honour are with Allah, it says. Yes. That is, He does not separate man from His Being. "Come to Me," He says. Yes. If people knew the verses, you know, (?) in an ocean they would be lost, in an ocean. If only they could understand the verses. That, of all created beings, he was created the noblest of creatures and is the vicegerent of the earth.
Therefore: Lekad halaknel insâne fî ahseni takvîm — I created man in the finest form, He decrees. The second is the blessing of the mind He gave man. That man, with this blessing of the mind, determines his way by (?) good and bad. Third, that Allah, by sending people the religion of Islam and the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), brings people out of darkness into light. And fourth, that all His blessings He created in the seas, in the air and on land He offers to people's service. So people (?) counting these blessings Allah gives. The human mind knows these blessings were given to them by Allah, it knows. Because the mind knows that a Lord created them, it knows. Yes, although so many blessings, truths and realities are known, people attribute these blessings to the idols they set up as partners to Allah, believing that a favour came to them from the idols they worship, and abandon Allah.
Moreover, the blessing in question here is the master of both worlds, the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad (peace be upon him). This is the true blessing. A blessing our Lord offers us on earth.
Allah Almighty has made a cause for everything. The Prophet, too — to bring us out of darkness into light, to save us from the swamps — the Prophet as a saviour for us, as a light, He has sent. Yes. That is why they greet the Prophet in such a way: Allah Almighty — to you, as many as the created beings, it says. As many as the created beings. As many as the hairs on the animals. As many as all the creatures He created, peace be upon you, they say. Yes.
Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets, whom Allah Almighty sent, the Prophet — ve mâ erselnâke illâ rahmeten li'l-âlemîn — (?) all these blessings and creatures, since they were created from the light of the Prophet (peace be upon him), that Allah Almighty, as the greatest of blessings, means the Prophet (peace be upon him) in saying "they know Allah's blessing, then they deny it" — since every mind was created knowing Allah, because of the verse "the truth has come and falsehood has vanished", beside the Truth their own ideas are false, they realise. The prophethood of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and the friendship — that they are on a path — they know, and they acknowledge it.
How do they acknowledge it? They said Muhammedü'l-Emin. Muhammedü'l-Emin. Yes. Then, when left alone with their friends and their nafs, with their Allah-denying character in their destiny, these again deny Allah and mock Allah's prophets. So most of these are unbelievers. Those among them who gave a covenant upon Islam but have not yet attained guidance are excepted. Yes.
