Translation

When those oppressors see punishment, it will not be alleviated from them and they will not be given time.

Tafsir

Those who go to the Hereafter as disbelievers, those who wrong their souls, when they enter Hell, their torment, pain and suffering will not be alleviated from them. In other words, people in solitary confinement in the world will not face such incidents there, just as people in solitary confinement in the world will have their sentences commuted and returned to normal confinement because of their good behavior. Whatever the punishment is, they will be sentenced to the same punishment for eternity. They will not be relieved of this pain and suffering.

They will not be given respite. The meaning here is not only the continuity of their torment in Hell, but also the fact that they will not be given the opportunity to return to the world. (If We sent you back to the world not once but several times, you would still commit the same deed). In this respect, the respite to return to the world will not be given again, not only to them, but to no one.

What is said in the video

Surah An-Nahl, we have come to verse 85. When these wrongdoers see the punishment, then the punishment will not be lightened for them, nor will they be given respite. Those who go to the world of the hereafter as disbelievers, who wrong their own selves – when they enter Hell, their punishments, the pain and agony they will suffer, will not be lightened for them. Why is it not lightened? Because Allah Almighty is the Possessor of justice. It is because He will give the punishment corresponding to the kufr committed. That is, just as for people lying in (?) prisons in the world, because of their good conduct, their sentences are reduced and they are moved to normal prison – there, such things are not encountered.

Whatever their punishment is, they are sentenced to that same punishment forever. The pain and agony are not lightened for them.

Yes. Indeed, in another verse He says: as the fire of Hell dies down, We, He says, fan it up again. That is, We bring it back to the same state. Nor will they be given respite. The meaning here is that, besides the continuity of the agony they suffer in Hell, the chance to return to the world realm will not be granted to them again. Even if We sent you to the world not once but several more times, you would again do the same thing, He declares. For this reason, the respite to return to the world is given not only to these but to no one ever again.
