On that Day, they will submit to Allah and the things they were fabricating will disappear.
Tafsir
When those who disbelieve and pass on to the Hereafter see that on the Day of Reckoning they will be tormented, and the idols they invented will have disappeared from them, they will realize that they have no branches to cling to, no helpers, no intercessors, and they will be left to their own troubles.
And when people despair of Allah, and it is revealed to them that they will spend eternity in Hell, their suffering will be more severe than the tortures they will endure. If only you could hear their cries!
When the disbelievers enter Hell, they hope that one day they will be released from this torment. However, when the Muslims in Hell, in the midst of their torment for their sins, will emerge from Hell with the light of faith in them, the gates of Hell will close in the faces of the disbelievers. At that time, the disbelievers will realize that they will remain in Hell for eternity and they will cry out so much that their suffering will pale in comparison to this cry. May Allah protect us all from such a fate.
O man! Do not forget the bitter end and fate that Allah (swt) has foretold for associating partners with Allah (swt). This end and bitter fate, the final event, is that you have bought the torment of Hell by wronging your soul. Is this short life in this world worth the misery of the eternal life in the Hereafter, when you have the opportunity to live in this world, forgetting your Lord and plunging into the mire of the world? Turn back to yourself, use your mind, do not follow the whims of the nafs and the devil, it is not worth being selfish, proud and arrogant in this guest house. Both wealth and property belong to Allah. We are the custodians of this wealth and property who are tested with it.
What is said in the video
Surah An-Nahl, verse 87. That day they raise the flag of surrender to Allah, and the things they used to invent vanish from them and are gone. So those idols will say to them 'you are surely liars' and will turn their backs and go. Why, 'you are surely liars', will they say to them? 1 – When our spirits were created in the realm of Lahut and Allah Almighty, in the address Elestü bi- Rabbiküm, said to them 'I am your Lord' – the lying disbelievers who waited for the Lord of their imagination and turned their backs on Allah. My Lord says this in this verse. As 'lying disbelievers'.
Those who knowingly deny Allah who created them. What are they, if not liars?
Secondly, their excuses, worse than their offence: the matter without life or soul, without mind, which Allah Almighty created, showing it to Allah Almighty: these, leaving You, to You – they denied You, and we along with these – these too are our partners, they said, they will say. And Allah Almighty, to these, to these means He created, this matter they worshipped as idols, to the matter, will give a language to speak, and what do they say? You are surely liars, they say. Yes.
In this case, that day they raise the flag of surrender to Allah, and the things they used to invent vanish from them. Now if we open this verse up a little more deeply, what does it say? That day they raise the flag of surrender to Allah. If they surrendered to Allah Almighty on that day, Hell would be removed. Hell – Allah is not unjust. Hell would be removed, and finally, after serving a certain punishment of theirs, after these serve a certain punishment, they would go to Paradise. And Hell too would be removed. But because in their natures, in their natures, there is denial of Allah, and because Allah Almighty leaves people free in their own will, and never interferes with their wills, since these will never again from that character of theirs turn back, turn back, to the eternal life of Hell they will remain subject. So, 'that day they raise the flag of surrender to Allah' – falsely, again with lying, that day when they see the punishment, understanding that salvation again lies in lying, they appear as if they had surrendered to Allah.
So Allah Almighty proves their lies with this verse. What does He say? If only they had known Me here, He says. A verse. Now they have explained this wrongly too. If only they had known Me before. Granted, where it says 'before', that is right too. This is right too, but here there is a difference of thought. That is, there is an unconscious mutual answer. The unconscious side is this. When it says 'if only they had known Me before', people – since Surah Al-A'raf, verse 72, they bury, since they do not know Allah Almighty's (?) – take 'before' to mean: if only they had known Me in the world. If only they had known Me in the world.
That is how they say it anyway. Whereas: if only he had known Me before. That is, in that world of the hereafter, in the realm of Lahut, when He created our spirits, when Allah Almighty said 'I am your Lord' – if only they had not mixed in denial there, and had known Me. And if only they had known Me here. That is, again, if only they had known. He will not be able to know. In this case, their flag of surrender, according to themselves – that is, according to Allah Almighty – is a mere tale. Because Allah Almighty knows that it is false. They think they will deceive Allah. What does it say? That day they raise the flag of surrender to Allah.
And how? Falsely. In order to be saved. And the things they used to invent vanish from them. Look how beautifully it says it. What they used to invent. That is, it is clear now that it is a lie. They raise the flag of surrender falsely. Yes.
Now if we give an example of this – a zaqqum fruit, which grows in the middle of Hell. If we gave it speech and it said: I am very sweet, I am a very delicious fruit, I give healing to whoever eats me – would we believe it? No, I am asking, would we believe it? Because it is the fruit that will grow in the middle of Hell, it says; it is gnarled like the head of Satan; when it is eaten, it says, it will give a person bitterness, and the bowels, it says, just as boiling water boils, will boil. Now while this is this fruit's nature, if this fruit got up and said to you like this: I am very sweet, I give healing to whoever eats me, and I give a person a pleasant pleasure – would we believe it?
So the surrender of non-Muslims to Allah Almighty is like this. Falsely. Yes.
Those who pass to the hereafter as disbelievers, on that Day of Reckoning, when they see that they are left subject to punishment, and the idols they invented move away from them and vanish, they understand that they have neither a branch to hold on to, nor helpers, nor any intercessors, and are left alone with their own troubles. That day Allah Almighty will withdraw His mercy from them, and for the people from whom He withdraws His mercy, none of the Muslims who know Allah and go to the hereafter in Islam, those in the station of intercession, including the prophets, will stand up for them. When people's hope in Allah is cut off, in eternal Hell they will remain – when this is declared to them, their agony will be even heavier than the tortures they will see.
If only you could hear their cries in this state. When the disbelievers enter Hell, that one day they will be saved from this punishment, that they will get out of there – this they hope. But the Muslims in Hell, within the punishments they suffer in return for their sins, when the light of faith within them reaches perfection and they get out of Hell, the gates of Hell will close in the faces of those who disbelieve. Then those who disbelieve, understanding that they will remain in eternal Hell, will burst out so violently that the agonies they suffer seem light next to this outburst. May Allah Almighty protect us all from such an end.
Yes.
O man! By associating partners with Allah – the bitter end and outcome Allah Almighty has made known – do not forget it. This end and bitter outcome, the event that will finally happen, is that by wronging your self you buy the punishment of Hell. The opportunity in your hands in worldly life – inclining to the world, your Lord forgetting, diving into the swamp of the world – with this short life you will live in the world, is it worth it,
to suffer the agony of an endless life you will suffer in the world of the hereafter? Come to yourself, use your mind. Do not follow the whims of the nafs and Satan. Egoism, pride and arrogance are not worth it in this guesthouse. Property and possessions too belong to Allah. As for us, we are, with this property and these possessions with which we are tested, mere trustees. Yes.
