Translation

On that Day, We will send a witness to each nation from among them. And We will bring you as a witness upon all of them. And We have sent down this Book to you as an explanation for everything, as a source of guidance and mercy and as glad tidings for the Muslims.

Tafsir

On that day of reckoning when all human beings will be held to account before Allah (swt) in the Court-i Kübra, the Prophets sent to each nation will be witnesses over their nations.

These Prophets will bear witness to what these people did while they were on earth. Also, the truthfulness of these Prophets will be witnessed by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the Servant of two worlds. Since the whole universe was created from the light of the Prophet (pbuh) and human beings were created from his spirit, Allah (swt) made the Prophet (pbuh) alive because he was (vema erselnaki illa rahmeten lil alemin).

Therefore, to the one who is alive, Allah (swt) has shown the events as much as He permits. Since he will be a witness over all the Prophets, when the Prophets fulfill their Prophetic duties, the Prophet (PBUH) will be a witness to them and will testify to all the Prophets on the Day of Reckoning.

People have this obsession. The Prophet who came to the world was created after the Prophets who came before him. There is no such thing. Let us explain this place again so that it is better understood.

When the universe was not created, when man and jinn did not exist, when the sky and the earth and everything in between were not created, Allah (swt) existed with His Essence. He willed that His Essence should be known. He created the light of the Prophet (s.a.w.) from His light. Then He created the heavens and the earth from the light of the Prophet (SAW). After the heavens and the earth, he gave his spirit to the Prophet (SAW) and created him as the first of the created beings.

From the soul of the Prophet (SAW), the souls of other Prophets are created. From the souls of these Prophets, the souls of their people were created. The souls of human beings were also created together at the same time. Then these souls of ours are lifted up to the realm of the afterlife by asking for the times they desire.

The fact that our souls in the realm of Berzah say, "I saw my Lord, I saw my Lord" is because we saw our Lord when we made a covenant with Allah (swt). Then, at whatever time these souls of ours who ascend to the realm of Berzah choose, Allah sends our souls to the realm of property for us to be witnesses to ourselves.

In this case, everything happened in the past. Since the Prophet (PBUH) was the first to be created, Allah (swt) ended the Prophethood of the Prophet (PBUH) by collecting the Torah, the Gospel and the Psalms brought by all the Prophets in the Qur'an in order to glorify the glory of the Prophet (PBUH). Being alive, He is also a witness over all the Prophets. With the last coming of the Prophet (PBUH) as a Prophet, Allah exalted the glory of the Prophet (PBUH). From this we can understand the greatness of the Prophet (PBUH) even better. All the Prophets came to their own people. But our Prophet (SAW) came as a Prophet to all human beings and also to the jinn. Since Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is the greatest of all creatures in this world, he is also the greatest of all creatures in the Hereafter. In this respect, the position given to him is the position of Mahmud. People cannot even imagine this position. It is such a great position. We do not talk about its greatness, we cannot talk about it as this or that. How can we talk about a station that is beyond our imagination, because Allah (swt) has revealed a verse about it (people cannot even imagine this station).

In addition, the Holy Qur'an was sent to explain and guide people for everything, for our knowledge and life, to fulfill all our needs. It was also sent to the Prophet (PBUH) to give the good news of paradise to Muslims who believe in this book. The Holy Qur'an is a sacred Book. Allah (swt) says in one of His Verses, "Whatever is wet and dry is in the Qur'an" (There is a Book in Us that is preserved in the Tabh-i Mahfuz. No addition or omission is made to it afterwards). Therefore, a Book that is so complete and complete, calling people to guidance and salvation, will surely give the believers the glad tidings of victory and paradise.

What is said in the video

Surah An-Nahl, verse 89.

On that day We will send to them a witness from within every community, He says. What does this mean? The prophets sent to each community. From within every community, He says, We will send them a witness: their prophets. And We will bring you as a witness over all of them, He says. The Prophet (peace be upon him), who came as a mercy to the worlds, He will bring as a witness over all the prophets. Hodja, (?) came into the world as the very last of the prophets. How will he bear witness to them? A witness is one who sees, an onlooker.

By reason, this is right. (?) For example, you could also say this to me: When relating some stories, Allah Almighty says to the Prophet (peace be upon him): you were not there at that time. What We have told you is from (?), He says. In that case, how does the bearing of witness work? Now, the real meaning of bearing witness, the subtle point of this verse, its secret, is this.

When Allah Almighty, subsisting by His own essence, willed that His essence be known, first, from His light, the light of the Prophet, then, when He gave him his spirit, He thereby created the Prophet's essence. From his spirit He creates the spirits of all the prophets. Of all the prophets. That is why the prophets say, we are the first of Islam, the prophets say. Because they are all created from the Prophet's spirit. Then Allah Almighty calls out to them. I am quoting a verse now. We will send you to (?) as (?). Do you accept this? And they will say, yes, we accept. So these prophets, created from the Prophet's spirit, answering Allah Almighty's address in this way, yes, we accept, and when such characters and morals were instilled in them, the Prophet said: yes, I am their witness, they made this pledge to Allah Almighty.

That is where it originates. And He says He will make you a witness over them. And He will make his community witnesses over the non-Muslims. As long as we, too, are among those communities. Yes. And We will bring you as a witness over all of them. Moreover, We have sent down this Book to you as an explanation of everything, a guidance and a source of mercy and as good news for the Muslims, He says. Good news for the Muslims.

So it means

the Quran, although it came as a mercy to the worlds, why does He say We sent it down as good news for the Muslims?

Well, if you turn (?) this good news, if you walk away, if you do not recognize the one who sends this good news, of course it is good news for the one who recognizes it. Not for the one who does not. The Quran increases the believer's faith and the unbeliever's unbelief, it says in a verse. And this verse supports that anyway. All the verses confirm one another. Yes. On this Day of Reckoning, on the day when all people in the Great Court, before Allah Almighty, will be called to account, the prophets sent to each community will be, over their communities, witnesses. These prophets will bear witness to what these people did while in the world.

And to the truthfulness of these prophets, the Pride of the Two Worlds, Muhammad, Muhammad (peace be upon him), will say: I am witness. Since the Prophet (peace be upon him) is ve mâ erselnâke illâ rahmeten li'l- âlemîn, since this whole created universe is from the spirit of the Prophet (peace be upon him), and people too were created from his spirit, Allah Almighty has made the Prophet (peace be upon him) alive. Alive. So to the one who is alive, Allah Almighty, as far as He permitted, has shown events. To the living one. Since over all the prophets he will be a witness, when the prophets carried out their prophetic duties, the Prophet (peace be upon him), as a witness to them, on that Day of Reckoning will bear witness for all the prophets.

People also have this fixation. A prophet who came into the world, after the prophets who came before him, was created. There is no such thing. Let us explain this part once more so it is better understood. What are we saying in this paragraph? People have this fixation: A prophet who came into the world, after the prophets who came before him, was created, it says. The prophet who came after him was created after him. That is what they say. There is no such thing. Let us explain this part once more so it is better understood. When the universe had not been created, when (?), when the heavens and the earth and what is between the two had not been created, Allah Almighty subsisted by His essence.

He willed that His essence be known. From His light He created the light of the Prophet (peace be upon him). Then from the light of the Prophet (peace be upon him) the heavens and the earth He created. After the heavens and the earth, first of all, to the Prophet (peace be upon him) He gave of His spirit. As the first of created beings, the Prophet (peace be upon him) He thus created. And from the spirit of the Prophet (peace be upon him) He created the spirits of the other prophets. And from the spirits of these created prophets the spirits of their peoples were created. The spirits of people were all created together at the same time.

Then these spirits of ours, wishing for the times they desired, were accepted into the realm of barzakh. Yes.

So our spirits saying in the realm of barzakh, I saw my Lord, I saw my Lord, comes from our seeing our Lord when we made the covenant with Allah Almighty. Then whichever time these spirits of ours that rose to the realm of barzakh chose, at that time Allah Almighty sends our spirits to the world of dominion, the world of dominion, so that we hold ourselves as witnesses over ourselves. In this case everything has already happened and been completed in the beginning. Since the first one created was the Prophet (peace be upon him), Allah Almighty, to exalt the glory of the Prophet (peace be upon him), and by gathering all the Torah, Gospel and Psalms that the prophets had brought into the Quran, ended prophethood by bringing the Quran.

Since he is alive, he is a witness over all the prophets. With the Prophet's (peace be upon him) coming last as a prophet, Allah Almighty has exalted the glory of the Prophet (peace be upon him). From this, too, we can understand the Prophet's (peace be upon him) greatness even better. All the prophets who came came to their own peoples.

But the Prophet (peace be upon him) came to all people, and also to the jinn, as a prophet. Because the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the most excellent of created beings in this world, he is the greatest of created beings in the hereafter. For this reason, the station given to him is Maqam Mahmud. People cannot even imagine this station. It is such a great station. We do not describe its greatness. We cannot talk about this station, saying it is like this or like that. Because Allah Almighty has sent down a verse about it. People cannot even imagine this station. How should we talk about a station beyond our imagination, we have said.

Moreover, the Holy Quran was sent as knowledge for everything, and, to meet all the needs we will have for our life, to explain to people and to guide people aright. Again, to give the Muslims who believe in this Book the good news of Paradise, it was sent to the Prophet (peace be upon him). The Holy Quran is a sacred book. In one verse Allah Almighty says: whatever there is, wet or dry, is in the Quran. With Us there is a Book which is preserved in the Preserved Tablet. Nothing can later be added to it nor taken away from it, He declares. So this Book, so complete and whole, calling people to guidance and salvation, will surely give those who believe the good news of victory and Paradise.
