An-Nahl 92: When one group is more in numbers than another, do not make your oaths a means of mischief like the one (woman) who has spun the thread and then unravels it (women are weaker in nature for holding their promise). Allah is testing you with this. Verily, on the Day of Judgment, Allah will explain to you the thing that you argue over.

When one group is more in numbers than another, do not make your oaths a means of mischief like the one (woman) who has spun the thread and then unravels it (women are weaker in nature for holding their promise). Allah is testing you with this. Verily, on the Day of Judgment, Allah will explain to you the thing that you argue over.
Tafsir
People swear oaths between each other and take Allah (swt) as a witness. But if another community finds that it is superior to the other community in wealth or numbers, and they break the treaty they made by taking on the weaker party, then their oaths have become a seed of mischief between them.
This shows that when people break their oaths after having Allah as a witness between them, they break their oaths without fearing Allah (swt) by dominating over another community; the strong people broke their oaths without fearing Allah (swt) because the oaths they broke were in their own interest. On the weaker side, because they feared them, they broke their oaths and helped such people to break their oaths. Both parties are guilty. For Allah was a witness between them, but they took Allah lightly and turned a deaf ear.
Allah (swt) gives an example to those who want to break their oaths; (do not be like the woman who, after having twisted her thread securely, untwists it and breaks it). Women are half compared to men, and they are people who have been entrusted to the care of men. Women are always looking for a base to protect and guard them. Because that is the way they are created. People who want to break their oaths are such incomplete people. They are those who cannot control their will. Those who take Allah lightly out of fear of a large community of people, and who, after having established their business in the sight of Allah, disregard the testimony of Allah out of worldly interests or out of fear of the opposing community, have sinned because they have taken Allah lightly and disregarded Him.
Oaths are a test between people. Allah (swt) uses these oaths to test people's faithfulness to their promises and to witness to themselves and to Allah (swt) whether they keep their promises or not. Therefore, oaths cannot be broken for no reason. Oaths are a witness between us and Allah against the promises we have made. Therefore, Allah will inform us on the Day of Judgment about the oaths that we have taken and about which we differed.
What is said in the video
Because one community is greater than another in number and wealth, by making your oaths a means of corruption among you, do not be like the woman who, after spinning her thread firmly, unravels it and undoes it. Allah is testing you with this. On the Day of Resurrection He will surely make clear to you that over which you differ, He says. That is, that Allah Almighty is aware of everything, in everything.
People, swearing oaths among themselves, take Allah Almighty as witness too. But one community sees that it is superior to the other in wealth or number, and if, pressing on the weaker side, they break the agreement they made, their oaths become a seed of corruption between them. This shows that people, after taking Allah as witness between them, without fearing Allah Almighty, break their oaths by dominating another community; those on the stronger side who break their oaths, since the oaths they break suit their own interests, have broken their oaths without fearing Allah. The weak side, because they feared them, by breaking their oaths have helped such people break their oaths.
Both sides are guilty. They have helped people break their oaths. Both sides are guilty. Because while Allah was witness between them, they took Allah lightly and turned a deaf ear.
Allah Almighty gives an example to those who want to break their oaths. Do not be like the woman who unravels and undoes her thread after spinning it firmly. Women are half compared to men and are people entrusted to men's protection. Women always seek a support that will guard and protect them. Because that is how they were created. So people who want to break their oaths are such half persons. They are those who cannot master their will. Those who, fearing a community more numerous than themselves, take Allah lightly; who, after making their matter firm before Allah, out of worldly interests or fear of the opposing community disregard Allah's witnessing, by taking Allah lightly and ignoring Him, fall into sin.
Oaths are a means between people. Through these oaths, Allah, concerning people's faithfulness to their words and whether they keep them or not, holds them, both against themselves and against Allah's (?), as witnesses. So an oath is not broken for no good reason; oaths, for the words we have given, take Allah as witness between us. In this respect, Allah, in the hereafter, on the Day of the Hereafter, will inform us of what we differed about concerning the oaths we made.
