Then, your Lord is certainly the Helper of those who migrated after being oppressed and who have fought/struggled and who have shown patience. After these, your Lord is certainly Ghafoor (Most Forgiving) and Raheem (the One Who very generously accepts repentance).
Tafsir
When people are persecuted by the disbelievers who want to turn them away from their religion, or who do not want to allow them to practice their religion, they leave their towns and migrate to their brothers and sisters who will practice Islam, and Allah is the helper of those who are patient with the hardships they will suffer and the jihad they will go through in their migration.
Whoever does these things for the sake of Allah and endures all kinds of pain and suffering in order to gain Allah's pleasure in this world, after all these events, Allah will forgive them their sins and grant them the best positions in the Hereafter. He will also grant them favors and treats from Himself. For Allah is forgiving and merciful to His servants.
Can a person endure suffering and pain for the sake of Allah, and Allah, the Creator, remains under it? Since Allah (swt) has sent people to the world of property to be His witnesses, Allah (swt) will raise their rank in the Hereafter in return for the pain and suffering they endure for Allah (swt). This is because Allah does not value the world, and when His servants surrender to Allah and consent to what comes from Him in return for what they suffer in this world, then they have become the kind of servant that Allah wants them to be, and they will be among those who have earned Allah's pleasure. Allah (swt) gives to them until they are pleased with Him.
What is said in the video
We have come to verse 110 of Surah An-Nahl. Then surely your Lord is the helper of those who emigrated after being persecuted and then, being patient, strove in jihad. After all this, your Lord is surely Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. (?) Just as the Muhajirun, well, in Mecca the Honoured, when they suffered the torment of the non-Muslims, those idolaters, migrated to Medina the Radiant. In Surah At-Tawbah, in verse one hundred of Surah At-Tawbah, look what He says, let me read it to you. Surah At-Tawbah, verse one hundred.
Yes.
The first of the Muhajirun who were foremost in entering the religion of Islam, and the Ansar, and those with them, those who followed them in excellence — Allah is pleased with them. And they are pleased with Allah. Allah has gardens in which they will abide forever, beneath which rivers flow, prepared for them. That is the great salvation, it says. Today, whether in Syria or in Iraq, where Muslims are massacred in the world, well, pursuing ideologies (?), falling into the game of non-Muslims, tearing Islam apart, setting people against each other, taking each other's lives — in the situation of such people, those who could not endure their persecution and emigrated, in Turkey, according to Allah Almighty's verse, those who to them open their arms and feed them, and those who come too, and those who feed them, are people who attain Allah Almighty's mercy.
This is, after all, Islam's source of brotherhood. Islam values people. The one who can give the earth the air of a paradise, who has such character, who acts with such a feeling, is a Muslim person into whose heart Allah has put His light. In this case Allah Almighty also tells us in His verse to be like this anyway. What does He say? Then surely your Lord, to those who emigrated after being persecuted and then being patient — that is, when he emigrates, he surely won't find the abundance of his own home. He won't find his own way of life. Well, he won't get what he wishes and wants with his own income.
What does it say? Very beautifully, (?) clear. Look what it says here. And then, being patient — He is the helper of those who strive in jihad. That is, enduring hardships, enduring that privation, to fulfil his Lord's command, to be able to worship Him, the people who emigrate — after all this your Lord is surely Most Forgiving, Most Merciful, it says, and their rewards He will of course give them in the Hereafter. Those whom the disbelievers persecute to turn them from their religion, or, against those who do not let them live their religion, people leave the land they are in, migrate to their brothers with whom they can live the religion of Islam; for the jihad they make with this migration, and for those patient with the hardships they will face, surely their helper is Allah.
Whoever does these things for Allah, and to win Allah's pleasure in this world endures every kind of hardship and suffering, after all these events, Allah forgives these people their sins and grants them the finest stations in the Hereafter. Moreover, He will bestow on them favours and generosity from Himself. Because Allah is Most Forgiving and Most Merciful toward His servants. A person endures hardship and suffering for Allah, and would Allah, as the Creator, remain indebted for it? Since Allah Almighty sent people to the world of creation to have them bear witness to Him, in return for the hardship and suffering people endured for Allah, Allah Almighty raises these people's ranks in the Hereafter.
Because Allah does not value the world, and when His servants, for the hardships they suffer in the world, submit to Allah and are content with what comes from Him, then they have become servants as Allah wishes, and they have entered among those who win Allah's pleasure. And Allah Almighty gives them from Himself until they are content. To these people. Yes.
And what does it say in Surah Al-Fajr, verses 27, 28 and 29? Well, those whose nafs has reached perfection — anyway, only such people act with such feelings. Well: O soul that has found peace, your Lord pleased with you and you pleased with your Lord, enter among My servants, enter My Paradise — the people to whom He says this attain Allah Almighty's mercy, those people, yes.
