(What they earn is) only but a small benefit but there will be severe punishment for them.
Tafsir
What they have gained is a little benefit; that is, a little benefit for a little temporary life with the blessings of this world that these people have gained in return for the lies they have told.
Those who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter, who mock the Verses of Allah, and who buy the punishment in the Hereafter with the lies of their own tongues, which they fabricate for their own benefit. Of course, the blessings of this world will be a temporary and small benefit compared to the torment of a realm that is eternal and everlasting. For both wealth and property belong to Allah. Man cannot take even a particle of his worldly life to the Hereafter. Except what they give for the sake of Allah in the light of faith.
What is said in the video
We have come to Surah An-Nahl, verse 117. What they gain is a very small benefit. What is it? Eating, drinking and living off what one gains in this world. A very small benefit. Whereas for them there is a painful punishment. In the end every soul shall taste death, and your return is to Me, as the verse says; accordingly, because he acts within Allah Almighty's command, the eternal place of return, Hell, of which He says what an evil bed it is, this person has bought. What they gain is a very small benefit. That is, in return for the lies they tell, the worldly blessings these people have obtained are a small benefit for a short life that passes.
Those who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter, who mock Allah's verses, who for their own interests, with the lies their own tongues invented, (?) the punishment in the realm of the Hereafter, that is who they are. Worldly blessings, of course, beside the punishment of an eternal and everlasting realm, will be a fleeting benefit. For wealth and property belong to Allah. A person cannot take even a speck of worldly life to the Hereafter. Except what they gave for Allah with the light of faith. In this case Allah Almighty: every soul will taste death. The inheritance of the heavens and the earth will remain to Allah, He says.
Very thought-provoking. So all these blessings, these possessions, this wealth and property I call mine, will come to an end when the command of the Truth comes to pass. Life will end. The soul will taste death. The inheritance of the heavens and the earth and what is between them will remain to Allah. What does this mean? Do you own a speck of your world? If it were so, He says, not even as much as a (?) of a seed would be given to you from your world. That is, are you able to bring something into being from nothing in your world? If that were so, We would give you nothing from your world. Since you would have created the speck of that seed, you would also create your own needs, you would meet your own needs yourselves, He says.
In this case, whatever is created, from the speck to the globe, belongs to Allah; if every soul is to (?) death, what they created will also (?) to Allah. Whose property could you not share? Whose property did you try to take from whom? And for whose property did you unjustly take lives? Of course, account will be given for this.
