Translation

In the Book, We told the sons of Israel: “You will go beyond with great arrogance (to the degree of transgression) and you will cause mischief twice on the earth.”

Tafsir

Allah, who created all these worlds, created and programmed them, knowing how He created them, what the beings He created would do, how long this cycle would last, and what would happen in the end. He also created human beings and made a covenant with them (kalu bela). He knows what covenant they are in and what they will do in the world. He has written their destiny for them according to their desires and wishes. Allah, who knows what each human being will do and how they will behave, informs people of these programs in parts, as a clear example to people of His decree over the universe and that no one can go beyond this decree. He shows by giving examples from past peoples that He sent Prophets to warn these peoples so that they would give up their evil deeds and turn to Allah, and He shows the calamities that would befall them if they did not obey them and continued in their rebellion. However, since these people ignored these warnings and acted with their egoistic lives, Allah's wrath is revealing to the people how He caught them.

In this verse, He also declares that the Children of Israel will make mischief in the earth twice and that they will be arrogant to the point of arrogance. The first time was when they slaughtered Sha'ya and imprisoned Jeremiah, who cursed the Children of Israel and asked Allah to punish them. The second is the assassination of Zakariyya and Yahya 'alaihis-salâm' and the assassination of Jesus 'alaihis-salâm'.

(We have declared that you will be arrogant to the point of arrogance). As we have explained above, Allah knows what people will do and what will happen to them until the Day of Judgment. Because Allah, who has programmed the worlds, has written everything down in His Book and this Book is preserved in the Levh-i Mahfuz. No additions or omissions are made to it.

What is said in the video

The fourth verse of Surah Al-Isra. In the Book We told the Children of Israel: you, seized by an arrogance amounting to transgression on the earth, will cause corruption twice, it says. Look how beautifully it says it. You will cause corruption twice. In the Book We told the Children of Israel: you, on the earth, by an arrogance amounting to transgression seized, and they are (?) of arrogance and pride, will cause corruption twice.

In their first corruption they were wiped out. The second corruption: they are waiting for the corruption. And since they know this verse very well, underground they build themselves caves. They prepare cities. Cities. And they try to destroy those who would rise as their rivals. Because they know this verse. But they cannot know that if Allah Almighty, who created the worlds from nothing, with His knowledge informs them of the future, then instead of resisting this news and turning their backs on Allah, instead of being cursed like the accursed one, instead of saying Allah's command is true and in the end this will befall us, and becoming Muslim, finding the truth, they increase their unbelief, seekers of Allah's (?), well, vile creatures. Yes.

Allah, who created all these worlds, knowing how He created, what the beings He created will do, how long this cycle will perform its task, and what will happen in the end, created and programmed them. Creating people as well, He made a covenant with them at Qalu Bala. He knows on what covenant people are, what they will do in the world. In line with people's wishes and desires, He has written their destinies for them. Allah, who knows what each person will do and how he will behave, by revealing from these programs part by part to people, His Essence's rule over the universe and that no one can step outside this rule, to people as a clear lesson He makes known. That, so that the people living on earth would give up evil and turn to Allah, He sent prophets warning these peoples; and the calamities that will befall those who do not obey them when they persist in their transgression He shows by giving examples from past peoples.

But these peoples, ignoring these claims, with lives driven by the nafs acted, and so how Allah's wrath seized them He declares to people. Like what? Just as He destroyed the people of Lot with stones, as He drowned Pharaoh in the Red Sea, as He destroyed the people of Thamud with a single cry, as He again (?) destroyed the people of Salih, so He shows us examples. In this verse too He declares that the Children of Israel will cause corruption on earth twice and will be seized by an arrogance amounting to transgression. That they would twice oppose the rulings of the Torah: in the first, with killing Isaiah (peace be upon him), with killing Isaiah (peace be upon him) and imprisoning Jeremiah, who asked Allah for punishment upon the Children of Israel, who cursed them.

And the second, in their killing Zechariah and John (peace be upon them), and against Jesus (peace be upon him) their attempted assassination. You will be seized by an arrogance amounting to transgression, We made known. As we explained above, Allah knows what the people who will come until the Day of Judgement will do and what will befall them. Because Allah, who programmed the worlds, has written down and laid out everything in the Book with Him, and this Book is preserved with Him in the Preserved Tablet. After this, nothing is added later, nor is anything taken away.

So nothing is added to the Holy Quran, nor is anything taken away.

What does Allah Almighty say?

With Us there is a Book, preserved in the Preserved Tablet. Nothing is added to it later, nor is anything taken away, He says. People who wholly (?) this verse and turn their backs, according to this verse, say there is abrogation in the Quran, and so ascribe attributes to Allah. As if Allah could not know, a verse He sent, then saw that those people found a deficiency in this verse; (?), Allah Almighty, improving it, has sent a superior word of His to people. In this way, people who ascribe attributes to Allah Almighty, without realizing they are slandering Allah, preparing their place in the fire of Hell: (?) people.

We repeat: there is no abrogation in the Quran.
