Tafsir
Allah (swt) created human beings in the realm of spirits, and He established a rule for their arrival in the world. By creating human beings in pairs, producing their physical body disguises and putting their souls into these bodies, He made them appear as matter in the worldly realm.
Accordingly, even though people in the worldly realm appear to be descended from parents, in fact these children are relics given to people by Allah.
Allah (swt) has not created anything that He could not take care of or that He would not rule over. When He created our souls in the realm of Lahut, even before He brought human beings to the world, He made a provision for the sustenance of each of them. He has programmed the sustenance of future beings until the Day of Judgment. No creature and created beings can go beyond this program. Allah does not create a being that He cannot feed and care for. Because God is merciful, He does not cause His creatures to suffer.
If people, out of fear of poverty and the temptation given to them by Satan, slaughter their children or bury them alive, they are in rebellion against Allah (swt) and are committing a grave sin by killing the children whom He has entrusted to their care, and by refusing to obey the commands of Allah (swt), and by slaughtering the life that Allah (swt) has made sacred. Otherwise, if they boast about boys and see girls as a burden to them, as if they have control over the children born to them and they have a son of their own will, they are sinners because it leads people to shirk.
Every human being is a guest in this world. People come to this world to fulfill their covenant with Allah (swt) and to keep themselves as witnesses to Him. After living a certain number of years, they return to their original home in the Hereafter. So fear Allah, Who will provide for everyone, and do not kill your children by burying them alive in the ground, or slaughter them, or abandon them. They are Allah's relics. Allah is the guarantor of the sustenance of every creation. Scarcity and abundance are a test from Allah for mankind. Be patient, endure and trust in Allah. Allah is the helper and protector of all His creatures who trust and rely on Him.
What is said in the video
For fear of your livelihood, do not take the lives of your children, He says. Surah Al-Isra, 31st verse. For fear of your livelihood, do not take your children's lives. We provide for them as well as for you. Killing them is truly a great crime, He says. Allah Almighty created human beings in the world of souls. The world of souls (?), the place where the souls were created, is the realm of Lahut. In the realm of Lahut He created them as souls. Their coming into the earthly world, however, He tied to a rule. By creating people in pairs, producing their outward bodily garments and placing the souls in these bodies, He let them appear in the earthly world in material form.
As the venerable Yunus Emre said: I appeared as (?), I appeared as Yunus. Accordingly, although in the earthly world people may seem to come from mother and father, in truth these children are trusts that Allah has given to people.
Allah Almighty has not created anything He could not look after or that would escape His rule. Before bringing people into the earthly world, while still in the realm of Lahut, when He created our souls, Allah Almighty bound the provision of each of them to a decree. He has programmed the provision of all beings to come until the Day of Judgment. None of the created beings can step outside this program. Allah does not create a being He cannot feed and care for. For since Allah is merciful, He does not make His creatures suffer. Accordingly, if people, out of fear of poverty, through the temptation Satan gives them, get up and strangle their children or bury them alive, this is complete rebellion against Allah, and by killing the children He entrusted to them they disobey Allah Almighty's commands; moreover, by killing the life that Allah has made sacred, they fall into great sin.
Apart from this, boasting about sons and seeing daughters as a burden to themselves, and, over the children born to them, as if they had some power of their own and had come to have a son by their own wish, putting on airs — this leads people to shirk, so they become sinners. Every person in this world is in a guesthouse. People come into the world to fulfil the covenant they made with Allah Almighty and to make themselves witnesses over themselves. After living a certain lifespan, they again return to their original homeland, the realm of the hereafter. So fear Allah, who will give everyone their provision, and do not kill your children by burying them alive, or slay them, or abandon them and leave.
They are Allah's trusts. Allah guarantees the provision of everything He creates. Hardship and abundance are a test from Allah for people. Be patient, rely on Allah and trust Him. Of all His creatures who trust and rely on Him, Allah is the helper and protector.
