Tafsir
Before sending people to this world, Allah (swt) made a covenant with them in the Hereafter in the form of souls. He gave the desires and wishes of each soul as its destiny. In this way all human beings are programmed in their destiny according to their wishes.
When those who do not believe in Allah (swt) ask Allah (swt) for what He wills with their own free will, their beliefs and feelings become their fate. When these people come to the realm of property, they do not believe in Allah either. In this respect, they turn their backs on everything that comes from Allah. Therefore, when the Qur'an is recited, they are in rebellion against Allah. Their hearts are closed to the Qur'an, the Word of Allah. When the Qur'an is recited, they understand nothing of it. Because their ears are also blocked against the Word of truth, a heaviness presses upon them. With this heaviness, they feel distressed and depressed. They immediately leave the place where the Qur'an is recited and go backwards. This state of theirs is a veil and a veil for them to enter Paradise in the Hereafter. They are eternal inhabitants of Hell. In this way, they are the ones who buy torment.
