Tafsir
As soon as Zakariyya 'alaihis-salâm' received the revelation, he realized that the revelation was true and that his wife was pregnant. Then he signaled the congregation to glorify Allah at the beginning of the day, at the time of 'Imsak, and at the end of the day, in the evening and at night.
What is said in the video
We have come to Surah Maryam, verse 11. These are all miraculous events, you see. As you notice, the events Allah Almighty will create as miracles are what it keeps telling us. Then he came out of the place of prayer before his people, "In the early and late parts of the days, engage in glorification," he signalled to them. He can no longer speak. He communicates by signs. As soon as Zechariah (peace be upon him) received the revelation, when he came out before the congregation in the place of prayer and could not speak to people although he was perfectly healthy, he understood that the revelation was true and that his wife had become pregnant.
Thereupon, at the time of imsak, the beginning of the day, and likewise at the end of the day, in the evening and night hours, to glorify Allah: he conveyed this to the congregation by signs.
