Translation

“Eat and drink and may your eye be bright (consoled). If you shall see someone, say: I have devoted (myself to) fasting to Rahman (the Merciful Allah). Today, I will not speak to anyone.”

Tafsir

When Hazrat Maryam gave birth to Hazrat Jesus, she was praised by Allah (swt). Allah (swt) said, "Eat and drink and your eyes will be enlightened. Another meaning of this verse is that it emphasizes that Maryam and Jesus will be protected by Allah Himself. As a matter of fact, when they were going to capture and kill Hazrat Jesus (pbuh), Allah (swt) raised Hazrat Jesus (pbuh) to the heavens. He is still alive. When the time comes, he will also come to earth. He will taste death and pass on to the Hereafter.

If anyone asks you a question about the child in your arms, say to them, "I have dedicated a fast to Allah, the Most Merciful. I will not speak to any human being today. According to some narrations, it is said that fasting was also practiced by not speaking during the time of Maryam, but this is very unlikely. People were obliged to fast for a certain period of time. This time is the time that is observed by the general public, the time when they stop eating and drinking when the time of 'imsak (breaking of the fast) comes, and the time when they break their fast with the evening call to prayer, and the time when they break their fast with eating and drinking. The meaning of this verse is that when people are fasting, they are very careful not only not to eat or drink, but also not to speak bad words. Since Hazrat Maryam gave birth to a child without a father, Allah (swt) is protecting Hazrat Maryam from the slanders that will be made about her, from the sins of the people, and from some of the words that Hazrat Maryam will say. Hazrat Jesus (pbuh) also wanted to show miracles by making Jesus (pbuh) speak while he was in swaddling clothes, so he said, "Today I have dedicated a fast to Allah and I will not speak to anyone.

What is said in the video

We left off at verse 26 of Surah Maryam.

To sum up, if we sum up the events up to here, Allah Almighty says to Mary, you know, "I sent My spirit." As we always say, this spirit is not Gabriel, though some people characterized it as Gabriel. Well, it is none other than our Lord's own Being. Of course, what is Allah Almighty's promise on earth? Well, He has sent us to a hidden world. In a hidden world He is seen but not comprehended. When He is comprehended, He is not seen.

In this case those who call this Gabriel are badly mistaken. And they have not been able to prove it either. We, however, are proving that it is none other than Allah Almighty's own Being. He says, "I breathed of My spirit." It is not possible for Gabriel to breathe it. We always say it. This is not Gabriel. It is none other than Allah Almighty's own Being. And she became pregnant with Jesus. Meanwhile Mary withdrew to a place in the east. And when the time of pregnancy was complete, Allah Almighty can now say in His verse: Eat, drink and be consoled. And if you see any human, say: I have vowed a fast to the Most Merciful Allah.

So today I will not speak to any human.

Now, according to this verse, if people, by their own reasoning, were to judge it, Allah Almighty took Mary, well, under His protection. Look, because she was guilty, (?) speak. Would a thousand and one unthinkable insinuations come to mind? They would. She would have to speak, to defend herself. She would have to tell what happened, wouldn't she? In that situation. But here Allah Almighty is symbolizing His miracle. Not Mary — He will make Jesus speak, in her womb. Yes. And He will prove that Mary is soundly pure.

The verses will all confirm one another so beautifully. And He says: Eat, drink and be consoled. And if you see any human, say: I have vowed a fast to the Most Merciful Allah. So today I will not speak to any human. When Mary brought Jesus (peace be upon him) into the world, she became worthy of Allah Almighty's praise. Allah Almighty said: Eat, drink and be consoled. Another meaning of this verse is that Mary and Jesus (peace be upon him) will be protected by Allah Himself; this is also emphasized. Indeed, when they were about to seize and kill Jesus (peace be upon him), Allah Almighty raised Jesus (peace be upon him) to the first heaven.

Yes. He is still alive at present. When the time comes, he too will come to the world. He will taste death and pass on to the hereafter. If you ask, "Hodja, when will he come?" — he will appear in the time of the Mahdi. Why doesn't he come earlier — this question could be asked, couldn't it? Such a question may come to mind. If he came earlier, since he himself is a prophet, he would come in the capacity of a prophet; then the Seal of the Prophets would be void. Although he himself is a prophet, will he not come in the capacity of a prophet? He will come to the Mahdi as one of his community. Who is the Mahdi? He is none other than the Prophet (peace be upon him) himself.

Yes. We have proven this many times. That the Mahdi is none other than the Prophet we have proven. The simplest proof:

In verse 2 of Surah Al-Fath He says: I have forgiven your past and future sins.

According to this verse — in another verse He says there is no idle word in the hereafter.

In another verse He says: We bring you to life twice and cause you to die twice. Now, our first coming to life is in the world, upon the body, here. Our first coming to life is upon the world, with the body, here. Our second coming to life is, with Israfil blowing the Trumpet, in the hereafter, the body and the soul uniting, and, when you come before Me with a driver, as the verse says. When the body bears witness against the soul and the soul says, "Why are you testifying against me?", the body says, "My Lord, who makes me speak, is speaking," and the body's death there a second time: We bring you to life twice and cause you to die twice.

The verse (?). In this case the Prophet has tasted death and is alive. He says: I have made you alive. Alive. Then he will come here again upon a body, he will come to the world. He will taste death a second time. Then in the hereafter he will have no need of a body. The reason?

Since He said, "I have forgiven your past and future sins," will he be called to account again? It's that simple. If you think with sound reason, if you pardon a person, "Why did you do this and that, why did you do it that way" — can you call him to account again like that? Is that possible?

So, since Jesus comes to the Mahdi as one of his community, and since the Prophet came as the Seal of the Prophets, in the capacity of the Mahdi, in a second state, even if he does not bear the title of prophet, as a prophet he will bear the attribute of the Mahdi, and will reign together with Jesus for 40 years. Forty years. When will he come, Hodja? He will come at a time when guns do not fire.

How will guns not fire? Very simple. It has begun to appear in our time.

If we, with our own hands, with perfumes, pierce the ozone layer, the sun's first (?) at the North Pole (?), the earth turning one or two seconds short each year around its own axis — is it turning? It is. According to the hadith saying the sun will set in the west and rise from the west, you, with your own hands — as Allah Almighty says in His verse, "With your own hands you will bring about the Doomsday" — accordingly, of the magnetism placed at the South Pole and the North Pole, like poles repelling each other, unlike poles attracting each other; with like poles repelling each other, the earth turning counterclockwise.

Right? Yes. In this case, when the North Pole's repelling force decreases, the earth, around its own axis, will begin to turn short. Then it will come to the zero point and begin to turn backwards. That is how the sun will set in the west, and rise from the west. It's that simple. Then, then your compasses, your (?) compasses, none of them; your guided missiles, your rockets, none of them will work.

That is why in the verse He says: Keep horses. Keep horses.

Does it all come out to (?)? Yes.

That is when the Mahdi will come. Do not believe liars who say, "I am the Mahdi." Yes.

Allah Almighty to Mary: If anyone asks you a question about the child in your arms, say to them: I have vowed a fast to the Most Merciful Allah. So today I will not speak to any human. According to one report, although they say that in Mary's time one also fasted by not speaking, this is a very weak possibility. Yes.

The meaning in "I am fasting, I will not speak to any human" here, the meaning: when a person is fasting, when someone picks a fight with him, when slanders are made against him, when someone tries to mislead him, the person, it says, should not answer him; he should say, "I am fasting today." That is, so as not to fall into sin. This supports it.

People were obliged to fast within a certain time. This time is that, as generally observed, with the start of the imsak time they stop eating and drinking, and with the evening call to prayer they break the fast they kept by eating and drinking. The meaning in this verse, however, is that when people are fasting, besides traits like not eating or not drinking, they also take great care not to say bad words. Yes. That is what we emphasize anyway.

As for Mary, since she brought a fatherless child into the world, it is Allah Almighty's keeping people away from sins through the objections to be made about our mother Mary, and also protecting, from certain words Mary might say, our mother Mary. And since He wanted to show miracles by making Jesus (peace be upon him) speak while in swaddling clothes, "Today I have vowed a fast to Allah. I will not speak with anyone," she said. He will show a miracle. The child will speak. Newborn. The child will speak. Yes.
