Then, they fell into dispute with each other. When the great Day is witnessed, woe upon those blasphemers!
Tafsir
Christians later split into groups among themselves. They differed about Jesus Christ. They said that Jesus was the son of Allah. They also said that Maryam was the wife of Allah. In this way, their saying that Allah is three created differences among themselves. They had sectarian differences and divergent views.
When the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.), who came after Hazrat Jesus (pbuh), communicated the religion of Islam to the people, the people who were divided did not accept this religion either. They continued to swim in oblivion.
Woe to those disbelievers who say that Allah is three, or that Uzair is the son of Allah, or that the angels are His daughters, on that great day, the Day of Judgment, when people will be resurrected and will witness the truth of the Hereafter and of being called to account before Allah. They will have no helper or intercessor. The torment of Hell is for them. Hell is prepared for them.
What is said in the video
Then the groups – Surah Maryam, verse 37, then the groups fell into disagreement among themselves. Who are these groups? The Jews. Those who slander fell into disagreement among themselves. Great sin – when the great day is witnessed, then, woe to those disbelievers, it says. it says. For those who will still continue slandering, on that great day, at the Supreme Court, Eleysallahu bi ahkemi'l-hâkimîn, in the presence of the Judge of judges, woe to those disbelievers, it says.
Look, it says. Do I have an equal, a spouse, a partner? Allah Almighty will say so. Look, do I have a child, a child, a family, children? And how did you imagine Me, that although I (?) My essence to you, a servant of Mine, pure and true, through whom miracles were created, you slandered? Woe to that disbeliever, it says. Yes.
The Christians later split into groups among themselves. They fell into disagreement about Jesus. They said Jesus is the son of Allah. And of our mother Mary they said she is Allah's wife. Thus their saying Allah is three created divisions among them. They came to have sectarian splits and separate views.
Yes. That this is so is supported by this verse.
Surah Ar-Rum, verse 32: Do not be among those who split up their religion and become sects. Do not be among those who split up their religion and become sects. Then the groups fell into disagreement among themselves. When the great day is witnessed, woe to those disbelievers. What are we saying? Those who fell into this division: Allah is three, or Ezra is Allah's son. Those who say the angels are His daughters.
On that great day, that is, on the Day of Resurrection, when people are raised again and in the realm of the hereafter, before Allah, that being called to account is true they witness. Not that part, but this: thus their saying Allah is three created divisions among themselves. They came to have sectarian splits and separate views. The Christians. This is the counterpart of that word in the verse. Do not be among those who split up their religion and become sects. Each of them, boasting of what they have, (?), it says. And what did we do? I said I am a Nurcu, another said I am a Süleymancı, another said I am a Mevlevi, another said I am a Qadiri, said this and that.
They split into factions. I am superior to you, he is superior to me. That is, they fell into disagreement this way. The Süleymancıs, to those who don't follow them – the 33rd golden ring – declared them all disbelievers.
The Nurcus: among themselves they became the most knowledgeable.
The Naqshbandis: among themselves they became the most knowledgeable. The Qadiris: among themselves these became the most knowledgeable. Gentlemen – Hodja, are you an enemy of the tariqas? Never. Then the tariqas, with Surah Ar-Rum, verse 32 – with that verse? Sir, you are informing, you are comparing. I am not comparing like that either. Then what is this talk of yours? Look, do you know what this talk is? The people standing at the head of these are not sheikhs. These are travesties of sheikhs.
Because of this: you above me, I above you, he above him, he above him.
Well,
are there tariqas? There are.
Remember Allah sometimes aloud, sometimes silently, it says. And in the presence, according to a person's (?), silently, the Naqshbandis, aloud, the Qadiris,
let me tell you, the Mevlevis,
the Rifais, those who remember Allah aloud and silently. I am not against these. If the people at their head are sheikhs too – do you know who a sheikh is? A sheikh is one who has risen to the nafs al-mutmainna, who is versed in the divine manifestations,
One should drive a hammer into the heads of those who misunderstand. A hammer. a person who returns as a guide. Oh, have you become a prophet, they say. No, prophethood has ended, ended. Allah Almighty will not leave these people without scholars until the Day of Judgment, He will not. So: one who has reformed his nafs, risen in the tariqa to the nafs al-mutmainna, people versed in the divine manifestations – that was a sheikh. Show me a single man at the head of any tariqa who is versed in the divine manifestations. They have sold out anyway. A time will come, it says, when they will have the lion strangled by the cat.
It is this time. The lion is being strangled by the cat. That is, superstitions are running rampant. Many people don't even know what divine manifestation is. They don't know; they don't even know what it is. They confuse Allah's power of creating with divine manifestation. In that case, are these people now, according to Surah Ar-Rum, verse 32, in division or not? Go ahead.
If you ask me, not the tariqas but the men at their head are in division. Yes.
Now I'll make a comparison here.
A Muslim, it says, is an alert person. A person who knows the step he takes. A Muslim is a person who can make comparisons. The Muslim. The essence of a Muslim, because it is governed by Allah's verses, lies in what comes to him from our Lord: inspiration. In the verse it says most people do not know inspiration. Most. In this case most are outside Islam; though Muslims, because they live unaware of themselves, those who today turn their backs on those serving this state, just like those who turn their backs on Allah Almighty (?), people who are in that situation.
Those in division are these too.
The sheikhs are in the same state.
They divided the nation. I say to these dividing and divided tariqa people, I say: the people at your head, weigh them well. Know them well. Don't follow them blindly. Blindly.
I remind you of the words of Kuddusi Baba. Do not ask about the knowledge of the tariqa from a hadith scholar or a madrasa teacher. Ask about the knowledge of the tariqa from one who took the lesson from his Lord himself. If you say a gavvas, it says, that is, a diver, if you say that, it says, ask the one who dives into that sea, it says. Whom have you followed?
The people you've followed are also following people who gnaw at this state like wolves. O Muslim! Wake up now! Wake up! Wake up, live your religion! If you live your religion, like a forward radar you will see very well. And your steps will tread firmly on the ground.
Yes.
This verse let's read once more: then the groups fell into disagreement among themselves; when the great day is witnessed, woe to those disbelievers. (?) a person will not think of his tomorrow; this tomorrow is the realm of the hereafter. From today you think about what you'll eat in the evening, what you'll take home to your wife and children, you think about your work tomorrow. You plan your schedule accordingly. Do you ever reckon what you are taking to your true, original homeland?
The Christians later split into groups among themselves. They fell into disagreement about Jesus. They said Jesus is the son of Allah. And of our mother Mary they said she is Allah's wife. And so, thus their saying Allah is three created divisions among them. They came to have sectarian splits and separate views. Yes. Those who fell into this division, saying Allah is three or "is Allah's son," "the angels are His daughters" – on that great day, that is, on the Day of Resurrection, when people are raised again and the realm of the hereafter and being called to account before Allah – when they witness that it is true – woe to those disbelievers.
Woe to those who turn their backs on Allah. Woe to those who lie. Woe to those who produce slander machines and slander people.
Yes. They will have neither a helper nor an intercessor. Why? Because in the realm of the hereafter, the moment Allah Almighty withdraws His mercy from such people, they will have neither a helper nor an intercessor. The torment of Hell – these are the ones. And Hell has been prepared for them. Allah Almighty says in His verse: is there no place in Hell for them? Yes.
