On the Day in which they will come to Our side, they will hear well and see well. But today, those oppressors have clearly gone astray.
Tafsir
People have realized that they will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection and will be held to account before Allah (swt). They have realized that the notifications made to them while they were in the world were true on that day of reckoning on the Day of Judgment, and they have grasped in the best way that they are true. They have now realized that what they have done will not go unrequited. Therefore, they have heard and understood very well what will happen to them. And when they look for a helper to save them, they will be alone and desolate there. Because they still think that they can save themselves by waiting for the Lord of their dreams.
But today these wrongdoers are living in a clear perversion. These people, who appear to be free in the realm of property, are in fact living the covenant they made in the past. They make themselves witnesses against Allah (swt) by their deeds. They are in clear misguidance with the sins they commit of their own will and with their associating partners with Allah. They do not turn back from this, they continue to associate partners with Allah, and they do not accept Islam as their religion. Woe to them when they pass on to the Hereafter in this state.
What is said in the video
Surah Maryam, verse 38. They, in Our presence, on the day they come before Us, how well they will hear what befalls them and how well they will see. If only you could see, (?). So they will not stand facing it blind and sightless. Look. On the day they come before Us, how well they will hear what befalls them and how well they will see. If only you could see. But those wrongdoers are today in clear misguidance, it says. Those wrongdoers. In clear misguidance.
Allah Almighty still calls them wrongdoers.
But there they say: we have seen, we have heard, don't they? One more return, they say. We have believed in You. We will do very good deeds, they say.
And Allah Almighty still addresses them there as wrongdoers.
Now it looks as if the verses put Allah in a merciless position; that impression arises.
In fact, if they knew the verses, all of Allah Almighty's verses, made to confirm one another, they would (?) grasp it. In the verse He says: if only they had known Us here. In the verse. If only they had known Us here. They change this to: if only they had known Us before. Now this "before" makes sense. It makes sense. In the worldly realm, it says. In the worldly realm Allah Almighty already makes it heard. When the covenant was made with Allah Almighty at the address "Elestü bi Rabbiküm," there the person who denies is also addressed first. But since they don't know that, they take it to address the world too.
Whereas the meaning of that verse is: if only they had known here. Now, after this much experience. If only they had known, it says. Known here.
How do you know they don't know?
In Hell, to Malik: O Malik, tell your Lord, it says. He cannot say "our Lord." Tell your Lord to lighten the torment on us a little. The reason: he will wait for the Lord of their imagination. That Lord will come, save them and take revenge on Allah – as long as this feeling is in them, they are in eternal Hell. We, as humans, as humans: if you killed our mother, killed our father, tormented us, as humans, if you asked us, ah, ah, if you apologized, said: we will do for you whatever is needed, if you obeyed us with your heart, would we not forgive you? We have a conscience. We know they have now regretted it, they have become penitent. They truly obey us, I mean.
He obeyed us. And although Allah knows the secrets of hearts, if that person turned to Allah, would Allah not forgive him? If man, to whom He sent one percent of His mercy on earth, has these feelings, then the One who says, ninety-nine percent for Myself, I kept My mercy for My servants with Myself – would Allah Almighty wrong His servants? So it means these wrongdoers deserve this. People, raised on that great day which is true, on the Day of Resurrection, have now understood that they will be called to account before Allah Almighty. Israfil blew the trumpet; when the heavens became another heaven and the earth another earth, when the earth was laid out completely flat, when people sprouted from there like grass, when, without dodging Israfil, at the place of gathering they were assembled, when assembled at the Mahshar, to account, people have now understood that they will be called to account in His presence.
There too, how do these disbelievers feel about Allah Almighty – what feelings toward Allah arise in them?
Just as in a court there is the judge and the assistant judge, you know – this world is the likeness and shadow of the hereafter. The judge hasn't come; the assistant judge is trying the case. That is, not the Creator, that Eleysallahu bi ahkemi'l-hâkimîn, the Judge of judges, but His assistant. His assistant. They say there is a trinity in Allah anyway, you see, because he is hostile to non-Muslims, the non-Muslims he throws into Hell. Because they are not of his own sect. And he favors the Muslims. Because they are of his sect, he favors them. They are in these feelings. That is why he waits for that real judge.
That is, he waits for the imaginary Lord in his mind who created him. Those are the ones who will not be able to see their Lord. How beautiful the verses are. Yes. How do you know it is like this, Hodja?
Most people do not know (?). Beware the insight of the believer; he sees with Allah's light. We live those realms. We describe the feelings that are lived. He makes us live them; we convey the feelings we are made to live. The counterparts of the verses. And we add the verses after them. Yes.
People, raised on that great day which is true, the Day of Resurrection, have now understood that before Allah Almighty they will be called to account. These have realized that the messages conveyed while they were in the world were true, today at the Mahshar, on that day of reckoning, and have grasped in the best way that they are true. They have now realized that what they did will not go without recompense.
They, it says, when they are guilty, when they are to enter Hell, their eyes, it says, popping out like sky blue, and themselves, it says, face down throwing themselves to the ground. And We, it says, will call the Zabaniya and through a gate of Hell have them thrown inside, it says. Yes.
They have now realized that what they did will not go without recompense. Therefore they hear very well what will befall them and have understood it very well. And when they look for a helper to save them, they will be left there friendless and alone.
Yes.
Because they still think that the Lord of their imagination (?) will save them, so they suppose. But these wrongdoers are living today in clear misguidance. Because they are still waiting for the Lord of their own imagination. These people, who seem aimless in the visible realm, are in fact living (?) the covenant. With the (?) deeds they do, themselves toward Allah Almighty (?). Through the sins they committed by their own will, by ascribing partners to Allah, they are in plain misguidance. They do not turn back from this state. They continue ascribing partners to Allah. They do not accept the religion of Islam as their religion.
When they pass on to the hereafter in this state, woe to them. Well, Hodja, these, there, now, after seeing this, is it not possible for them to turn back? No. Is there a verse? Oh, there is a verse, all right. Where? First: If We do not will, you cannot will.
Second: Within a person's partial will, Allah Almighty does not interfere with anyone. He will be called to account by the decisions and judgments he made. Did you think you would die without proving what kind of person you are? The verse. So, the decisions given to a person's partial will, decisions – a person coming before Allah Almighty with his good deeds and sins.
Plus, at the address "Elestü bi Rabbiküm," Allah Almighty, without interfering with anyone, with any servant of His, according to each person's own desire and wish, inscribed their wishes into them as character. In that case there is no more changing it. Why? If We do not will, you cannot will. What does this mean? O people, We, it says, when We created you as souls in the realm of Lahut, made a covenant with you. But none of your desires and wishes did We – using Our will over you and, toward Our essence, removing your will – with Our own will, over you, exercise. Rather, whatever your desires and wishes were, We left you free in your own wills, and whatever you intended in your desires and wishes, We inscribed those characters into you.
So, if there is a power that can change this, it is Me, He says. It is Me. But a word of Mine has remained in force, says Allah Almighty. With Us there is a book, preserved in the Preserved Tablet; to it, in the end, neither addition nor reduction is made, it says. So Paradise and Hell too are true (?). In that case, if We used Our will over man and set about forgiving him, as with one person, so with thousands, millions of people too, it says, (?), I would have abolished Hell as well, He says. Since Paradise and Hell are true, We have not, we say, of anyone, of any single one, removed the will and used Our own will over them, He says. But these poor people, these poor people, here, when explaining the verses, had Him put whom He wills into Paradise and whom He wills into Hell.
And they did away with Allah's willing.
Yes. They made Allah look merciless. Allah created Hell for the wrongdoers, they said. Sorry – He created the wrongdoers for Hell, that is, He created people for Hell, they said. Of humans, many of the (?) He created for Hell, they said. Yes. Let's read.
Let's read.
Surah Al-A'raf, let's read verse 179.
Al-A'raf. What does it say? Look: by oath, We have created many of the jinn and humans, humans, for Hell. Come on, can there be such an unjust Allah? Even a Christian doesn't write it like this. The Christian. So we said: you have brought this from the Gospel into (?), I said this.
Does Allah will injustice for His servants? We do not will injustice for the worlds, He says. You wrong your own selves, He says. According to this verse, how can you write this in this way?
You attribute qualities to Allah. You make Allah out to be unjust. To be unjust. You make Him discriminate among His servants.
Yes.
May Allah reform them. May Allah grant us all good guidance and good understanding.
Yes.
