As a mercy from Us, We bestowed upon him his brother Aaron as a Prophet.
Tafsir
Hazrat Moses (peace be upon him) speaks to Allah on Mount Tur. Since he had a lisp, he asked for his brother Harun to be given to him as a helper. Since Allah (swt) had created and programmed the universe with His knowledge in eternity and knew that these situations would occur in this way, He accepted Hazrat Musa's prayer in order to keep him in good spirits. He gives his brother Hazrat Harun as an assistant to him.
He also makes Hazrat Harun a Prophet. Because Hazrat Aaron will come to people as a Prophet when he was in the spirit world before. Since there will be no change in Allah's program, Allah has prepared His program according to the covenants people have made, and according to this program, these worlds will complete their course until the Day of Judgment.

Verse 53. Surah Maryam's 53rd verse: As a result of Our mercy, We granted him his brother Aaron as a prophet, it says. As a result of Our mercy. When Prophet Moses and our Lord spoke in the valley; it says the east of Tur, anyway. The (?) desert. Well, there he says to Allah Almighty: O my Lord, my tongue lisps. Give me my brother Aaron as a helper too. he says. And Allah Almighty says: come, both of you, go to Pharaoh. That Pharaoh has transgressed on earth. Remind him of the truth, it says. Yes. As a result of Our mercy, We granted him his brother Aaron as a prophet. Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) speaks with Allah Almighty on Mount Tur. And Allah Almighty, since in eternity He created and programmed the universe with His knowledge and knew these states would come about thus, to keep the heart of Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) content, accepts his prayer. He gives him his elder brother, Prophet Aaron, as a helper. Prophet Aaron too; He makes Prophet Aaron a prophet too. Because Prophet Aaron, earlier too, while in the world of spirits, as a prophet to people was going to come.
Since there will be no change in Allah's program, according to the covenants people made, Allah Almighty prepared His program, and within this program these worlds will complete their course until the Day of Judgement. Now, here it says: We granted Aaron as a prophet, it says. Allah Almighty, from His essence, does not give any one something that is not there. He does not. Had Aaron not been a prophet, He would not have made him a prophet either.
Since He knew about the lisp of Moses (peace be upon him), since He knew about the lisp, He makes Aaron (peace be upon him) Prophet Moses' brother, and has both live at the same time, and since Prophet Moses, because of his lisp, would ask for his brother, He gives him to him too. He is a prophet too. Two prophets, and also Yes. A supporter.
