Translation

When they will be thrown to a narrow place (of the hell), having their hands tied around their necks, they will want to vanish.

Tafsir

The disbelievers and polytheists, those who belong to any religion other than Islam, those who deny the Prophets sent by Allah while they live their lives on earth, those who run away from Allah's abundant mercy, those who turn their backs on the Verses of Allah that will bring people out of darkness into the light, that will give life to people with His mercy, and that will guide them with light, When the disbelieving people, those who do not believe in Allah and His Messenger, those who believe that there will be no resurrection after death, are reckoned with in the Hereafter, when each soul is reckoned with what it has done, Allah, the Judge of Judges, will give His verdict on that day as the sole judgment reserved for the Essence of Allah. Every soul will be held to account for its deeds in this world and will be given exactly what they have earned. Those whose earnings were profitable, i.e. those who obeyed Allah and His Messenger, avoided Allah's commands and prohibitions, and practiced Taqwa, will be rewarded with Allah's bestowal. This is because Allah will increase the earnings of those who struggle with their nafs for His sake, who fear Allah and avoid sins and turn to good deeds, many times over, for His sake. This is Allah's gift to mankind.

And whoever has suffered loss, these are the disbelievers and polytheists who do not believe in Allah and His Messenger. They are those who seek a religion other than Islam. They are people for whom that religion will never benefit them. Even if these people do good deeds, their deeds are wasted and they are bankrupt merchants. This is the eternal hell and torment. If Allah (swt) introduces Him to people in this way and makes His Verses clear to them, but people still disbelieve in Allah out of pride and arrogance, then they will not be saved for eternity. When they are pushed into hell, they desire death. But there is no more death in the Hereafter. They have bought the abode of eternal torment with their disbelief.

What is said in the video

With their hands tied to their necks, when they are thrown into a narrow place of hell, they wish right there to simply perish. Unbelievers and polytheists — those belonging to any religion other than Islam are not necessarily unbelievers. There are (?), there are devil worshippers, there are Yazidis, there are all kinds. Well, here, first of course: the unbelievers and polytheists, those belonging to any religion other than Islam, who, while living their lives on earth, deny the prophets Allah has sent; those who flee beneath Allah's abundant mercy; which will bring people out of darkness into light, give people life with mercy and hold a light before them, guide them —

those who turn their backs on Allah's verses, the denying people, those who do not believe in Allah and His Prophet, those who claim there will be no resurrection after death — when their account is settled in the hereafter, when every soul is called to account for what it did, Allah Almighty, as the Judge of judges — on that day judgment belonging solely to Allah's essence — Allah Almighty will pass judgment.

Pay attention to (?). What are we saying? Look. That day — this is very important. That day is very important. Judgment belongs to Allah alone. What do people say? "Judgment is Allah's." No. Judgment is my judgment. I will make judgments; I will earn reward and sin. Judgment is not Allah's alone; since He created them, the living have judgment. These living ones will make their judgments, and within these judgments they will carry out deeds. Within the deeds, to carry out those deeds, Allah Almighty will (?) causes, and according to the verse "You will die without proving what kind of person you are, (?)", a person, through the deeds he does in the world, to himself, to those around him, before Allah Almighty will bear witness of himself.

So when we say "judgment on that day": Doomsday has come in the world, we have been resurrected in the hereafter, when at the Great Court we are called to account — "Eleysallâhu bi-ahkemi'l-hâkimîn" — other than Allah, the Judge of judges, there is no one there with a say, no one at all.

The only one with a say is Allah.

So on that day judgment belongs to Allah alone. There He has neither partner nor equal nor helper. On that day judgment belongs to Allah alone. Yes. So if on that day judgment belongs to Allah alone, then since to the word from between His two lips there will never be any objection, for that word to come out well, it is essential that in the world we make ourselves beloved to our Lord. What will we do to become beloved? We judge by the (?) rulings He has sent. That's all. Every soul, for the deeds it did in the world, being called to account, what they earned will in full be given to them. Whoever's earnings turned a profit — that is, who, by obeying Allah and His Messenger and being mindful of Allah's commands and prohibitions, turned to taqwa — these people will receive Allah's gifts.

Because Allah, for those who struggle with their nafs for His own sake, who, fearing Allah, avoid sins and turn to good deeds — their earnings, as something special to His essence, He will multiply many times over; this is Allah's gift to people.

And whoever's earnings made a loss, who became like a bankrupt merchant — these are those who do not believe in Allah and His Messenger, the unbelievers and polytheists. They are those seeking a religion other than Islam. They are people whom that religion will never benefit. Even if what these people did were good deeds, their deeds have gone to waste, and they are like a bankrupt merchant. Eternal hell and punishment are for them. Allah Almighty thus makes His essence known to people and makes His verses known to people clearly, distinctly and plainly, and if people, still out of arrogance and pride, deny Allah, then for them there is no eternal salvation.

When they are pushed into hell, they long for death. But in the hereafter there is no more death. With their denial, they have bought the face of eternal punishment.
