Translation

We have destroyed many generations before them who were superior in terms of looks and wealth.

Tafsir

Allah has destroyed those who disbelieved in Allah and the Hereafter, and many generations who boasted of wealth and property, wealth and position in this world.

It is a human being who learns from his past and organizes his life accordingly. Allah (swt) proves His existence to every rational person, but if a person follows his ego and Satan, forgets Allah (swt) and relies on Allah's creations, such people will have a disastrous fate in the sight of Allah.

Therefore, if a person surrenders Allah's creation to Allah wholeheartedly, regardless of wealth and property, position and status, and realizes that the blessings of the world are given to him as a test, and approaches the world in the way he should, he will rise in the sight of Allah and attain great heights.

All souls will taste death. Allah will inherit the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them. One should consider the destruction of past peoples and take lessons from them to fulfill one's duty of servitude to Allah.

What is said in the video

Surah Maryam, verse 74. "And before them We destroyed many generations finer in goods and appearance," it says. Before them too. Yes. Those who, looking to position and rank, discriminate among people and make class distinctions, those with, on their necks, tulips, their heads to the ground unable to bow, the poor people living in pride and arrogance, people (?), and poor wretches who can't manage themselves, who can't manage themselves, poor wretches setting out to run states and Islam, the senseless, the senseless keep multiplying more and more. But within Islam, those who drift from their religion and forget the truth, chasing (?) of the nafs, see these as superior to themselves and follow them.

They say Europe, Europe. They say non-Muslim.

They've done very good propaganda; non-Muslims have made themselves look very superior. Do you know who these are, in my view? Carrion.

Why?

These, I'll speak a bit crudely, are people incapable of washing their backsides. (?) people.

People who go around dirty. People who stink like carrion, who use lotions to get rid of their smell, who with these lotions harm the world, who tear the ozone layer.

"We create what We create firmly," says Allah Almighty. "You will bring about the Doomsday with your own hands," He says. No, no. These non-Muslims, who go around dirty, who stink like carrion, that with the lotions they use they harm both themselves and our world, even though they know it, there is such stubbornness in them, this pig-headed stubbornness, like a pig they still don't budge from what they know, and blindly in darkness they are wearing themselves out in a swamp.

Yes.

So, "Their life of pomp," it says, "should not deceive you." Their life of pomp is for a few hours, it says. Or for a few days, it says. Yes.

And before them We destroyed many generations finer in goods and appearance, it says. Those who denied Allah and the hereafter, many generations praised in the world for their wealth and property, riches and rank, Allah Almighty has destroyed. Yes. Whom? Korah. We sank him into the depths of the earth.

Pharaoh. "As a lesson to the worlds, you, your lifeless body," it says, "We will save today," it says. They find it in the Red Sea. In England they (?) it into a museum. It was in a state of prostration, but they laid it down like this, saying (?) doesn't show the prostration.

Like the people of Lot, like the people of Thamud.

Many peoples were destroyed.

A true human being is one who learns from his past. And arranges his life accordingly. Allah Almighty this part we skipped, I think. Yes.

A human being is one who learns from his past and arranges his life accordingly. Allah Almighty proves His existence to every rational being, and yet man follows his nafs and Satan. If he forgets Allah and relies on what Allah created, the end of such people in Allah's sight is dreadful. So, if a person, without sinking into wealth and property, position and rank, hands what Allah created over to Allah sincerely, and understands that the world's blessings were given to him for a test, and approaches the world as is due, he rises in Allah's sight and attains great ranks. Every soul will taste death; in the end, in the end, the inheritance of the heavens and the earth and what is between the two will remain to Allah.

Man, bringing to mind the destruction of past peoples, should learn from them and fulfil his duty of servanthood to Allah.
