No! (The things they worship) will deny their worship and they will oppose them.
Tafsir
All creation is the creation of Allah. Nothing can be equated to Allah. All creatures are the servants of Allah. So is it not a betrayal of Allah to put aside Allah, the Creator, and worship His created servants?
Those who worship other than Allah, those who worship these objects of worship, those who worship idols that are inanimate and unaware of themselves, those who worship idols that people have created with their hands, or those who worship objects put under human command, tomorrow, on the Day of Judgment, when they are gathered at the Judgment Seat, on that great day when they will be called to account, the objects that people worship other than Allah will not recognize them. They will also be their enemies.
According to the verse, "The heavens and the earth and all that is between them know the remembrance of their Lord" by Allah (swt), those who think that they are wise and worship what is given to their command are actually worshipping Allah (swt). Therefore, these objects of worship will be their adversaries on the Day of Judgment because of the slander they have slandered them and because they have made themselves partners to Allah.
If a person forsakes the eternal and everlasting life of the Hereafter just to live a few hours of a temporary life in this world, if he thinks that this is the life and the world, if he gives himself to the world, if he runs after fame and fortune, if he likes to be respected and forsakes the Hereafter, such people will be alone in the Hereafter and they will have bought the eternal torment of Hell.
What is said in the video
Verse 82 of Surah Maryam: Allah Almighty says, for them: no, no, those they worship will not acknowledge their worship and will become their adversaries. That is, people's worshipping of idols, making them with their own hands, carving them and, you see, prostrating to them as gods, bringing them food, sacrificing animals for them, beings created by Allah that are unaware of themselves, made into gods – and how beautifully it says: they are unaware even of themselves; to you they can bring neither benefit nor harm, it says. (?) on the Day of Resurrection Allah Almighty will say to them: was it you, "I am their god," did you say? They will say: they (?), us? We were not even aware that they worshipped us, they will say, and they will distance themselves from them.
Yes. No, no, it says. Those they worship will not acknowledge their worship and will become their adversaries. All created beings are Allah's creations. Nothing can be held equal to Allah. Whatever has been created, from the atom to the globe, is the creation of Allah Almighty.
To Allah nothing can be held equal. All created beings are servants of Allah. So if Allah, the Creator, is pushed aside and one worships the servants Allah created, is that not betrayal of Allah? Of course. Indeed Allah Almighty says, they betrayed Me back then as well, where? At the address "Elestü bi-Rabbiküm." So those who worship other than Allah, those worshipped with these objects they worship, idols, lifeless and unaware of themselves, that people shaped with their hands, or those who worship objects placed under man's command: tomorrow on the Day of Resurrection, when they are gathered at the place of assembly, on that great day of reckoning, the objects people worshipped besides Allah will not recognize them.
Moreover, they will be their adversaries. This word "adversary" is meant figuratively. Yes. That is, their leaving them and going away, turning their backs, that is what adversary means. That is, it means not standing by them. Aware of themselves, placed under man's command, and Allah Almighty's: the heavens and the earth, these two and what is between them have known the remembrance of your Lord. Yes. According to the verse, those who think themselves clever and worship what is placed under their command: in fact, the objects they worship also remember Allah. For this reason, at the place of assembly, these worshipped objects, because of the slanders made against them, because they were set up as partners to Allah, will become their adversaries.
So if a person, merely to live a part of a fleeting life of a few hours in the worldly realm, abandons the infinite and eternal life of the realm of the hereafter, thinks that life and the world are just here, gives himself to the world, runs after glory and fame, enjoys being esteemed and abandons the hereafter, then in the realm of the hereafter such people are left alone there and will have bought the eternal torment of Hell. Yes.
