So, don’t haste about them. We are counting (the days) for them one by one.
Tafsir
Because of the evil deeds of people who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter and the oppression they commit against the believers, our Prophet (PBUH), who worked for the liberation of believing people from oppression and for the dominance of the religion of Islam on the earth, sent this verse to our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and said, "Do not be in a hurry about them. We are counting their days for them one by one) means that every human being has a covenant with Allah (swt). This covenant has become his destiny. Living this destiny within a certain period of time has also become a lifetime for the person himself. In order for people to fulfill their destiny and to keep themselves as witnesses to Allah (swt) within this destiny, Allah (swt) has allowed them to fill this time within their lifetime. In this respect, He says, "We are counting their days". In fact, all people's days are counted in full.
Allah (swt) says in one of His verses, "If you had been caught immediately for the evil you have done, you would not have found a single living creature roaming the earth.) So, if every human being has come to this world to be a witness to himself, his surroundings and Allah, then it is necessary to prevent the evil of people who do evil. If we are unable to prevent people's evil, by being patient, by the actions of the person, the person who is evil in the eyes of Allah (swt) will receive sin, while those who put their trust in Allah (swt) will receive reward, and those who are patient for the sake of Allah (swt) because they are helpless in the face of evil will also receive reward.
What is said in the video
To verse 84 of Surah Maryam we have come. So do not be hasty concerning them. That is, do not be hasty concerning the disbelievers, that is, do not curse them. We are counting their days for them one by one, it says.
Yes. Aren't ours counted? Ours too are counted one by one. Well then, if ours too are counted one by one, what is the difference between the two, that "We are counting their days for them one by one"? Now, can you tell me the difference between the two?
Why? We are both living, we both take our days away one by one like calendar pages. Non-Muslims, disbelievers, are living in paradise in the worldly realm. In the realm of Hell, they are in that agony; Allah Almighty puts it like this in a verse: They neither live nor die there. In this case, since those days of torment will be agony for them, they are finishing their days here one by one. Their days of paradise. As for ours, since in the realm of the hereafter they will live an endless realm of paradise in bliss, they finish their days here as days of oppression compared to there. Days of oppression.
Allah Almighty does not take this into account either. Since that command is to come into the world, He does not take his life here into account, and We are counting their days one by one, it says. Yes. And let them enjoy themselves in this world, let's see. That's what it says anyway. Doesn't it say so?
Yes.
In Allah and the hereafter: because of the evils done by people who do not believe and the situations they created against believers, so that believing people would be saved from their oppression and so that the religion of Islam could prevail on earth, the Prophet (peace be upon him) wished in his heart that these obstacles be removed; as for Allah Almighty sending to the Beloved of the Almighty, (?), Muhammad (peace be upon him), this verse and saying, about them, "Do not be hasty; We are counting their days for them one by one": every person has a covenant he gave to Allah Almighty. This covenant has become his destiny.
Living this destiny within a certain time has also become his lifespan. So, in order for people to live their destinies and to be able, within these destinies, to take Allah Almighty as witness for themselves, Allah has permitted them, within their lifespans, to fill out this time of theirs. For this reason He declares: We are counting their days. In fact, the days of all people are counted without omission. Yes, in this verse Allah Almighty, because of the evils we have done, if you had been seized immediately, you would not find a single living being walking on the earth, He declares. So if every person came to the worldly realm to take himself, himself, his surroundings and Allah as witnesses for himself, then the evils of people who do evil must be prevented.
What does it say? Enjoin what is right, it says in some verses, doesn't it? If we can prevent people's evils, by being patient, regarding the deeds a person has done, while the person who is evil in Allah's sight earns sin, those who put their trust in Allah Almighty, since they are helpless in the face of evil, people who are patient for Allah's sake also earn reward, it is said. Yes.
