Translation

It was sent down in parts (by Allah), the Creator of the earth and the mighty heavens.

Tafsir

The Qur'an is revealed by Allah Himself. This is because Allah, the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, emphasizes that there is no other deity besides Him, and says that it is sent down from the Creator of the heavens and the earth.

Allah, who created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, emphasizes that there is no other God but Himself by saying that there is no other God but Allah, according to the verse that says, "The inheritance of the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah" (if this were a human invention, you would have found in it many words that do not agree with each other). It was revealed to the Prophet (PBUH) in twenty-three years, at intermittent intervals, so that people could better understand the Holy Qur'an.

What is said in the video

Surah Ta-Ha, verse 4 The Quran, by Allah who created the earth and the lofty heavens, was gradually sent down. By Allah who created the earth and the lofty heavens, by Him. Here I want to draw your attention to one more point. Pay attention. In the Holy Quran Allah Almighty never speaks of 'earths'.

If there is such a verse, show me. Saying 'earths'. He always says 'the earth'. The earth. Here, do you know what the meaning is? When He says 'the earth',

Allah Almighty created the world for people to live in. The heavens in two days, the earth in two days - He does not say 'earths'. We created the earth in two days, and what is between them in two days, He says. So listen well here, let it stay in your ear like an earring. Apart from the world, beings that Allah Almighty addresses Himself to and suited to human life - in other places do not look for any such being.

So, if on earth there is man, whom He addresses, more advanced than man, well, those - what do they call them - flying saucers, UFOs, more advanced than man, possessing technology, well, people who claim there are such creatures on some planets are people deprived of the knowledge of the Quran. But suited to worldly life, a place to live - is there no such place at all? There is. Based on what? Based on this verse. Even if you left your world, even if you went to the remotest corner of the universe, We would still find you there. According to this verse, in the remotest corner of the universe - that there is life on Mars, they know.

Yes. But there are no beings living there.

In that case, wouldn't there be 'earths'? If there were 'earths', He would be addressing those there. So since He says 'earth', Allah addresses only humans. He sends His exalted word because He holds humans as His addressees. Yes. So since He made man the vicegerent of the earth, saying 'earth', creating the earth and making man vicegerent on the earth, and addressing His exalted word to humans, Allah Almighty has not created a being more exalted than man. Indeed, in the verse He also says: We created you, above the worlds, honored. Look, the verses always support one another. Do you see? But whether you understand the verses or not - for the one who understands, a mosquito is music; for the one who doesn't, drum and zurna are too little, they say.

Yes. The Quran was sent down gradually by Allah who created the earth and the lofty heavens. The Quran was sent down by Allah Himself. Because Allah, Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, emphasizing that besides Himself there is no other god, declares that by the One who created the lofty heavens and the earth it was sent down.

Here it also supports this verse. The descent of the Quran is a revelation. It is not possible, He says, that to a prophet, when We reveal, the accursed one does not try to tempt him. And this part they interpret wrongly; up to here it is right. Here it now says this: We cancel the temptation of the accursed one and firmly establish the revelation, it says.

That is not so. If He cancels Satan's temptation, let Him cancel the others' too. Let Him cancel other people's too. Whereas the meaning of the verse is this. We - the revelation, firmly, He says. We inspire it into his heart, We reveal it. We reveal it. The temptation the accursed one gives, against the revelation, against the truth, He says, is cancelled by itself. Because one of them is falsehood. Truth has come and falsehood has vanished. It also supports that verse. Against the truth, the temptation the accursed one gives is falsehood (?). It vanishes and is gone. Yes.

Because Allah, Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, emphasizing that besides Himself there is no other god, declares that by the One who created the lofty heavens and the earth it was sent down. According to the verse 'The heavens and the earth and what is between them knew their Lord's remembrance' - that there is no god besides Allah - and according to the verse saying: the inheritance of the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah, Allah, who created the heavens and the earth and what is between them, by saying: had this been a human fabrication, you would find in it many (?) inconsistent words, emphasizes that there is no other god besides Him. So that people would understand the Holy Quran better, gradually, at intervals, over 23 years, to the Prophet (peace be upon him) it was sent down.

Yes.
