Explanation
Translation
When he arrived there, he was Spoken to (by Us); “Oh Moses!”
Tafsir
When Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' approached the fire in Tuva, he saw a green tree surrounded by a whitish fire. However, this light did not harm the tree in any way. This was not a fire, but the light of God Himself. When Hazrat Musa reached this light manifestation, which he saw like fire, Allah (swt) called out to Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm'; "O Musa".
However, Allah is free from time and space. But for Allah there is nothing. He can manifest wherever and however He wants. Allah encompasses the universe with His knowledge. He is present everywhere. No particle of the universe is outside Allah's sovereignty.
What is said in the video
When he arrived there, from Us, "O Moses," he was called. When Moses (peace be upon him) approached the fire at Tuwa, he sees a green tree, and a whitish fire has surrounded this tree. But this light does no harm to the tree at all. This was not a fire; it was the divine light itself. So when Moses, to this manifestation of light which he saw as a fire, came near, Allah Almighty calls out to Moses (peace be upon him). "O Moses," He says. But Moses is frightened by this and flees. Do not flee, O Moses, I am your Lord, He says.
But wasn't Allah not to be seen in this world? Of course He isn't seen. So what is this? Allah Almighty makes His light manifest. Not His divine Essence, His light.
So His light is one thing, His Essence another.
In the attribute of His Essence, for anyone to see Him in this world is not possible. Trying to see Him in the attribute of His Essence, it splits down the middle at once. But he sees His light and speaks. The attribute of the Essence, (?) spirit.
They ask you about the spirits. Say: it is a command of my Lord.
Only the Prophet (peace be upon him) has seen Allah Almighty with physical eyes. But one did not see Him in this world, did one? He did not see Him in this world. He saw Him on the Mi'raj. The world is a restricted realm. After you leave the world, you will see Allah Almighty. The world is a (?) realm.
When Moses (peace be upon him) approached the fire at Tuwa, he sees a green tree and a whitish fire has surrounded this tree. But this light does no harm to the tree at all. This was not a fire; it was the divine light itself. So when Moses came near this manifestation of light which he saw as a fire, Allah Almighty calls out to Moses (peace be upon him). O Moses (peace be upon him)! Yet Allah Almighty is free from time and place. But for Allah there is no "impossible". He can manifest wherever He wishes, in whatever form He wishes. Allah has encompassed the universe with His knowledge. He is present everywhere. The (?) particle of the universe is not outside the decree of Allah Almighty.
We said. But the appearance is the light of Allah Almighty. It is the manifestation of His light. Yes.
