Translation

They said; “Oh Our Lord! Verily, we are worried that he might be ferocious towards us or he might gone extremes.”

Tafsir

Hadrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' addressed Allah (swt) and said that they were afraid that Pharaoh would be cruel to them, and that he would be extremely cruel to us, or that he would get worse and worse. That is, that Pharaoh would increase his pride and arrogance because he did not recognize Allah (swt), and that he would declare to the people that he was more worthy to be a god. Or that he would do even more evil to his own people, the people of Beni Israel. He wants to declare this to Allah (swt). That's why we're worried that he's going to escalate.

What is said in the video

Surah Ta-Ha, verse 45. They said: "Our Lord, truly we fear that he will treat us with excessive cruelty or go far beyond all bounds." Moses and Aaron (peace be upon them) speak in this way. To Allah Almighty — Moses (peace be upon him), addressing Allah Almighty, that they were wary of Pharaoh committing tyranny against them — "We fear he will treat us with excessive cruelty or go far beyond all bounds," they said. His going far beyond all bounds means that Pharaoh, because he does not know Allah Almighty, increasing his pride and arrogance, will tell people that he is all the more worthy of being a god. Or that toward his own people, the Children of Israel, he will commit even more evils. In this situation, he wants to state this to Allah Almighty.

That is why: "We fear that he will go far beyond all bounds." Yes.
