Translation
(Moses) said, “Its knowledge is with my Lord, in a (preserved) Book. My Lord does not err and does not forget.”
Tafsir
When Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' informed Pharaoh that the knowledge of the past tribes was with Allah and mentioned the Book that Allah (swt) had with Him, he was referring to the Holy Qur'an, which was preserved in the Levh-i Mahfuz, and he stated that there was nothing missing in it and that it contained both the wet and the dry.
Moreover, Allah (swt) does not hold anyone to account whom He has not revealed His Essence. This is the reason why many Prophets and those who made Allah known came before Hazrat Moses (peace be upon him). There is no one left on earth to whom Allah has not revealed Himself. Therefore, when Allah makes a covenant between His servants, Allah knows His servants best. He will make people who will come until the Day of Resurrection hear about Him. People will fulfill their covenant in proportion to the covenant they have given to Allah and on that day of reckoning, they will be sent to their rightful places, giving an account to Allah for their deeds in the world.
When Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' said, "My Lord is neither mistaken nor forgets", he informed Pharaoh that Allah (swt) is complete and perfect, that there is no deficiency in Allah (swt), and that Allah (swt) is God.
What is said in the video
Moses says: the knowledge about them is in a book with my Lord, it is there, he says. That book with our Lord, full of knowledge, is the Quran. And in that Quran, what does Allah Almighty say? "We call no one to account for a thing We have not made known," He says. How beautiful. That is, "We have forgiven them," He says.
If He has not made it known. Yet there is nothing He has not made known. Ever since Adam, in a way people can understand, Allah has made His laws known to people. Yes.
"My Lord neither errs nor forgets," he said. Moses. Moses (peace be upon him), telling Pharaoh that the knowledge about past peoples is with Allah, spoke of the book with Allah Almighty, and speaking of the Holy Quran, which is (?), made known that there is no deficiency in it, and that the wet and the dry are in that book. Moreover, Allah Almighty calls to account no one to whom He has not made Himself known. It is for this reason that before Moses (peace be upon him) too, many prophets and those who made Allah known have come. There is no one left on earth to whom Allah has not made Himself known.
In this respect, when Allah made a covenant among His servants, Allah is the one who knows His servants best. He makes Himself known to the people who will come until the Day of Judgment. In proportion to the covenant man gave to Allah, people will play out their covenant, and on that Day of Reckoning, giving Allah Almighty account of the deeds they did in the world, they are sent to the places they deserve. Moses (peace be upon him), when he said "My Lord neither errs nor forgets," made known to Pharaoh that Allah Almighty is free of deficient attributes, complete and perfect, that there is no deficiency in Allah Almighty, and Allah Almighty's attribute of Godhood.
