“Our time to meet is the day of feast, early morning when people gather.”
Tafsir
Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' wanted to show the command of Allah, which is the truth, and his miracles to the people. In order to inform people of the existence of Allah, he thought it would be appropriate to show the miracles at a time when people were the most crowded and busy. In this regard, he considered a feast day, at mid-morning, a time when people gathered together, and advised Pharaoh to gather at this time.
In the face of the miracles that Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' would show to the people with the command of Allah, in addition to showing the people that his Prophethood was true and that Pharaoh was a servant created by Allah, Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' chose the most crowded moment when people would gather together in order to fulfill Allah's command on him, that is, that he was a Prophet and that he would fulfill his Prophetic duty.
What is said in the video
Moses said: let your meeting time be the day of the festival, in the forenoon, the time when people gather.
Moses (peace be upon him) wants to show people the command of Allah, who is the Truth, and His miracles. To make Allah's existence known to people, he thinks it would be suitable to show the miracles at a time when people are most numerous and crowded. For this reason he found suitable the forenoon of a festival day, when people come together, and advised Pharaoh to gather at this time.
Since the truth always prevails, the truth, a person who believes in the Truth, since he leans his back on Allah and Allah is behind him, shies away from nothing. Because Allah is behind him.
Yes.
So are scholars. They shy away from nothing. But the scholars Allah has raised. Look, take me as an example before you.
People have passed judgment on the Quran with superstitions. They have proven Allah in the translations of the verses. Have they proven it? We are proving it.
All over the world, the tyrants called scholars, who in their work, except those Allah has raised, they are excepted. (?)
All these people, they have all stood up against me.
They defend the superstitions. And we, against them in the world, even I alone, with Allah behind me, I stood up. Against all of them I proved that they interpreted the verses wrongly, and the attributes of Allah I proved. I proved it. They proved it with their own mouths too.
They say Allah does not increase a person's kufr. (?) In the end they say He does increase it. Allah makes them prove it. Even though it is like this, there are this many scholars in the world, so many scholars. Let them come out against me. Look, why doesn't anyone come out? Aren't you defending the truth? Don't you say Allah? Don't you want to explain Allah?
(?) don't you want to conduct your affairs in the world in a way that pleases Allah? Then why, if this man is speaking alone, don't you come out against him and talk?
They have no words to speak.
Like Pharaoh, they resort to evil tricks.
They say this man is playing word games. They say he has the science of kalam. They say, do not believe this man. They throw baseless slanders at this man. By exploiting the consciences of those poor people attached to them, they carry on along their own path of superstition. Yes. You carry on along your path too. And we carry on along ours. This road will end one day. But we will all give account at the Supreme Court in the presence of Allah Almighty.
There our Lord will decide very well what is due to us. Now Moses too, although there was a Pharaoh, against Pharaoh, against someone who had declared himself a god, with Allah behind him, shies away from nothing. That is where I gave myself as an example. We too shy away from nothing.
You might make an accusation against me like this: once you are telling superstitions, why would you hold back? you might say. Right. If you are saying this, then come out against me once and, using your mind, (?) without prejudice, without giving in to the feelings of the nafs, for the sake of Allah, come, let us be tested, or let us explain to each other. Right? Let us explain the verses to each other.
Diyanet is apparently going to write a new translation. Believe me, they are not capable of it. Whatever they write, I mean, they will write superstitions.
If a new translation needs to be written, they are obliged to call me. Because I have a knowledge from my Lord.
They need this knowledge.
If they break their nafs, bow their necks to Allah and want to be the ummah of His beloved servant, they will call me and, benefiting from this knowledge I have, we will write the translations. Apart from that, whatever translation they write, they will write it with these superstitious notions, in the same way. Or else they will copy the book I wrote.
Yes.
