Tafsir
The sorcerers, confident of themselves, told Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' and Hazrat Harun 'alaihis-salâm' to set up their tricks and then come back in turn. They said that we will surely eliminate the tricks that you will do.
Pharaoh's magicians, who were sure of themselves, said, "The one who has the upper hand today is the victor." This is because they were certain that they would win. Because the magicians will cast the greatest spell of all the spells they have ever cast. This magic is only the Truth and the miracle of Allah (swt). The magicians know this for certain.
What is said in the video
In verse 64 of Surah Ta-Ha it says: "So set up your trick, then come in ranks; surely whoever prevails today has won." The sorcerers, sure of themselves, said to Moses and Aaron: "Set up your trick, then come in order, come in order; surely we will thwart the tricks you will do." By saying "whoever prevails today has won", Pharaoh's self-assured sorcerers meant that they regarded their own victory as certain. For the sorcerers were going to perform the greatest of all the spells they had done so far. And above this great one there is only the truth, the miracle of Allah Almighty. And this the sorcerers knew for certain.
