Translation
Then Moses felt a fear inside him.
Tafsir
When Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' imagined that Pharaoh's magicians were running towards him with rods and strings, a fear fell upon him.
Magic is a figment of the imagination. They appear to people as if they are real. The people who do this magic cannot do it unless they are in a state of disbelief. Pharaoh's magicians are also bewitching people by practicing magic in the swamp of disbelief.
Magic is done by misusing the Signs of Allah, throwing them in the dirt, stepping on them and trampling on them. Those who do this are people who have no respect for Allah's revelation and existence. In this case, these people are rewarded for what they have done in this world with a few pennies of material goods. When they go to the Hereafter without repentance, their place will be Hell, a place of eternal torment, and they will remain there forever.
This magic was taught to people by the two angels Harut and Marut. They descended to the earth for a test by Allah's command. When these two Angelic beings taught magic, they were teaching it to people who did not want to disbelieve and who would not use magic. But magic cannot harm any human being without Allah's permission. For more information on magic, refer to Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 102.
What is said in the video
Surah Ta-Ha, verse 67 "Moses suddenly felt a fear within him," it says. Of course, he had not expected to be met with such a thing. Moses suddenly feels a fear within him. Through the magic performed by Pharaoh's magicians, the sticks and ropes were seen, as an illusion, running toward him, and fear fell into the heart of Moses (peace be upon him). Magic is a product of illusion. They appear to people as if they were reality. The people who perform this magic cannot perform it unless they fall into kufr. So Pharaoh's magicians too, in the swamp of kufr, practise magic and bewitch people. Magic is done through acts such as misusing Allah's verses, throwing them into filth, stepping on and trampling them and the like.
Those who do this are people who have no respect for Allah's oneness and existence. So these people get the return for what they do in this world as a few pennies' worth of material gain. When they go to the hereafter without repenting, their abode is the place of eternal punishment, Hell, and there they remain forever.
This magic was taught to people by Harut and Marut, two noble angels. They descended to earth by Allah's command, for a test. These two noble angels, after teaching magic (?), were teaching it to people who did not want to fall into kufr and who would not use magic. However, magic cannot harm any person without Allah's permission. For more information about magic, Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 102 should be consulted.
