Translation

Certainly, the hell is only for the ones who come to their Lord as great sinners. And therein, they will neither die, nor live.

Tafsir

Yes, it is a fact that whoever denies Allah and the Hereafter, and does not abide by Allah's judgments, goes to his Lord as a sinner. On the Day of Judgment, on the Day of Reckoning, they will be pushed into Hell, the abode of eternal torment and torment, deprived of Allah's mercy, without any helper or intercessor. Hell is a dwelling place created only for such sinners.

Such people will neither live nor die in hell. Because souls are immortal and the Hereafter is eternal. People who move from the realm of property to the hereafter as sinners and inhabitants of hell are immortal in the hereafter and will remain in hell for eternity.

Allah (swt) mentions that the inhabitants of Hell cannot live, and says the following about them. Can you claim that a person who is in constant torment and torment, as well as torture, is living? Life is the life of people who get the life and pleasures that they desire. This is the life of people who obey Allah in Paradise.

What is said in the video

Surah Ta-Ha,

verse 74: Indeed, whoever comes to his Lord as a sinner, hell is solely for him; he will neither die there nor live. neither dies nor lives. What does this mean? Not dying means living. Well, since there can be no flaw in Allah's word, when He says neither dies nor lives, living is not in breathing in and out. Those in a vegetative state are living too. They haven't died. But, but this life of a person in a vegetative state cannot be compared with life in hell.

Life there: he will live, that is, he will be alive, and in hell he will never taste death again.

There will be no pleasure or joy. He will be in torment and suffering. For example, a person in Paradise, amid his desires and wishes, lives facing every beauty of life. This one has lived. People writhing in hell amid every kind of torment, suffering and fire – can you call their existence living?

There they will say: death, that is, destruction, where are you? Destruction. But there is no destruction any more. That is, no death either. This is the place I am describing that Allah Almighty means. They neither die nor live. After they have remained in agony like this for many thousands of years – again, the verse's continuation, as the continuation of the verse that says neither dies nor lives – they will no longer feel or taste, it says. Not feel and not taste. That is, if you remove a person's nerve senses, or, when operating on someone in this world, you give him morphine and numb him, if you cut up that person, does he feel any pain?

He doesn't feel it. He doesn't feel it. So Allah Almighty says: after they have burned there for many thousands of years, We will make them unable to feel and taste, He says. And here is how I think about it. After they have served their punishment for many thousands of years, Allah Almighty will again exercise His attribute of justice on them. He will take away their nerve senses. Unable to feel or taste, they will still remain as logs of hell forever there. Alright. Now, would a person in this world wish for such a life? Such a life.

But the nafs is such that, despite knowing everything, in line with his nafs he commits fornication, he gambles, he drinks alcohol, he takes interest, interest too. Despite knowing these torments, these people who follow the nafs and Satan cannot, for a few hours of worldly pleasure, keep themselves from following Satan and the nafs.

Well, tomorrow at the Supreme Court, after your account has been closed, when you are left (?) to the severe torment of that hell, when the world's passing pleasure has vanished and in hell, the true, original homeland, you are left (?) to eternal agony – does that mean you used your mind? That is why Allah Almighty says: do you not use your minds? Do you not reflect, He says. Then don't you ever compare? Do you never think about worldly life and the hereafter? That a thousand years here are like one day of the hereafter, our Lord, who created these realms, Allah Almighty, Owner of the universe, tells us – and you, here, for a few hours of pleasure turn your back on the hereafter: are you a sensible person?

Are you a person who thinks of his tomorrow?

You who rebel against Allah, who blindly follow your nafs – lustful, or swindler, or denier, or idolater spewing hatred at Allah – with the way you live in the world, psychologically, tomorrow on the Day of Judgement, if a thousand years here are like one day of the hereafter, in the hereafter many thousands of years, it says; after burning many thousands of years, after suffering torment, they will no longer feel or taste. In that case, you neither die nor live. Heed this verse. Let this verse be a lesson you never forget. You neither die nor live.

Indeed, whoever comes to his Lord as a sinner, hell is solely for him. And he neither dies there nor lives.

It is a truth that whoever denies Allah and the hereafter and is not governed by Allah's rulings, that person goes to his Lord as a sinner. Such people, on the Day of Judgement, at the Supreme Court, on that Day of Reckoning, deprived of Allah's mercy and alone, having neither any helper nor any intercessor, are pushed into the abode of eternal torment and pain that is hell. That is hell: an abode created solely for such sinners. Yes, for sinners. Not as people falsely and wrongly interpret it.

Yes.

Here: Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Ve lekad zere'nâ.

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Ve lekad zere'nâ li cehenneme kesîran mine'l-cinni ve'l-ins. These glasses don't show (?) any more. What does it say? Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Ve lekad zere'nâ li cehenneme kesîran mine'l-cinni ve'l-ins. What does it say here now? Verily, We have created the jinn and many of mankind for hell. Allah forbid. Allah did not create humans and jinn for hell. Hell was created for many of the humans and jinn. And Allah Almighty, to realize His attribute of justice, created it. Our Lord judges with His attribute of justice. E leysallâhu bi ahkemi'l-hâkimîn. So, in that case, if Allah Almighty created hell for many of the humans and jinn, what is He saying?

O people, take heed. Take heed. This is a warning to you from the Owner of the worlds. Never fall into major sins. One of the major sins is associating partners with Allah. The second is disobeying mother and father. Never go against Allah's commands. Don't go against them. Otherwise, in the abode of hell, your eternal abode, you (?) torment. Yes. Despite so many warnings, a person sees in himself some importance. He is carried away by pride and arrogance. Puffed up by the whims of his nafs: come on then, I will do the opposite of what You say. And You do whatever You can – if you say this, Allah Almighty answers you with this verse.

Every soul shall taste death, and in the end the return is to Me, He says – to Me. Yes. So (?) in the world as much as you like, He says. (?), He says.

Because your covenant and your destiny – what you (?) and wanted became destiny for you. Why did I send you into the world?

Lest you say: had You sent me to a realm where Your Being is unseen, I would have believed in You there; lest you say: here I could not recognize You – that is why I sent you. And look, there too you are doing the same thing again. You are rebelling against Me. And although I set all the blessings before you, you regard what I created as creators and associate partners with Me, and what I gave, those blessings of Mine, as if not from Me but from someone else you were receiving them. Carried away by your whims, you deny Me. You are being ungrateful, He says. Go on, do it. Why did I send you to the world?

Did you think you would die without proving what kind of person you are – as the verse says? Now, in a (?) realm, I make Myself known to you. I make Myself known through prophets, books and scholars. You asked Me for a lifetime, and I gave you that lifetime. Within that lifetime you will prove what kind of person you are, and in the end you will return to Me. And I will judge you with justice. Today, to no one, He says, is wrong done; everyone will be given what he earned, the due of his own two hands, in full, He says. Yes.

Then the few hours of pleasure of this passing worldly life will not save you.

Such people, on the Day of Judgement, at the Supreme Court and on the Day of Reckoning, deprived of Allah's mercy and alone, having neither helper nor intercessor, are pushed into hell, the abode of eternal torment and pain. That is hell: an abode created solely for such sinners. Such people neither live nor die in hell. For souls are immortal and the hereafter is endless. People who pass from the material world into the hereafter as sinners and people of hell, since they are immortal in the hereafter, in eternal hell they remain. Allah Almighty, speaking of how the people of hell cannot live, about these people says the following.

This person in constant torment and pain, and at the same time under torture – can you claim he is living? Life is the life a person desires; it is the life of people who attain its joys. And that is the life of those who obey Allah, in the life of Paradise.
