Translation

Eat from the clean provisions that We gave to you, and do not go astray in this matter. Otherwise, Our wrath will come upon you. And those whom Our wrath comes upon, have fallen.

Tafsir

Eating from the clean and halal food created by Allah (swt); in the first sense, pork, blood and carrion are the foods that Allah (swt) forbids. It means not eating these. The second meaning is that you should not turn the clean and halal sustenance into haram by coveting each other's wealth, making unfair gains, earning interest and haram. Also, when the verse says, "Do not be excessive and ungrateful", do not be ungrateful for what Allah has given you by being excessive, by having a desire for worldly goods, by loving worldly goods more than Allah.

Whoever, after so many miracles, turns away from Allah, loves what Allah has given more than Allah, and is ungrateful to Allah and does not see what He has given, the wrath of Allah will one day seize him. Whoever is caught in the wrath of Allah, he will never recover. That is to say, whoever has gone to the Hereafter as a sinner and has become a hell-dweller, what an evil place of return, they will never be reformed. This is the eternal and everlasting misery of an eternal and everlasting life. May Allah protect us all from such a fate.

What is said in the video

Surah Ta-Ha, verse 81:

Of what We have given you as provision, of the pure things, eat. And in this matter, do not be ungrateful through excess. Otherwise My wrath will strike you. And whoever My wrath strikes, truly he has perished.

Pay attention in this verse too: it speaks of ingratitude. What does it say? Eat of the pure things of what We have given.

In this matter do not be excessive and ungrateful. That is, in the face of the blessings I have given, do not waste, do not say: you worked and so you ate.

We placed their source in the world for you, says Allah Almighty. So that you benefit from them, so that you are provided for, so that you taste every kind of fruit and vegetable, We have put these at your disposal with various plants. When you eat them, say this: Our Lord, praise be to You for the blessings You have given. Yes. Yes, you earned, you worked, but Allah Almighty brought it into the world. For you to eat well, to taste, to be provided for — your need, sir, for you to eat it with pleasure and delight — the one who brought it into the world and put it there is Allah Almighty. Now, if you worked in a factory — you work in a factory.

If that factory didn't pay you a monthly wage, what would you eat? What would you eat? But if that factory gives you money, regard this money as the plants on earth — the plants. Well, you go and, in return for your labor, take them from there and eat them. So regard the money that factory gives as the provision our Lord has given to the world — regard it as the plants. Of course, when you receive it, say: My Lord, all praise and glory be to You. Thanks be to You. Give also to those who have none, O Allah. Your unknown doors are many. Do not leave people in hardship. Do not leave those You love in hardship.

Do not leave the Muslims in hardship. You are the Lord of the worlds. Say it; give thanks to Allah. In thanks. Yes.

We are reading the verse. Of what We have given you as provision, of the pure things. In this matter, through excess do not be ungrateful. Otherwise My wrath will strike you. And whoever My wrath has struck, truly he has perished. Whoever is ungrateful for the blessings Allah gave and does not give thanks, rebels against Allah and turns his back on Allah, it is he who has perished, it says. They neither live nor die in the hereafter, it says. Eating from the pure and lawful provisions Allah Almighty created: in the first sense, the foods Allah Almighty forbade are pork, blood and carrion. And also animals not slaughtered in Allah's name.

It means not eating these. The second sense is: among one another, by eyeing each other's property, making unjust gains, earning interest and what is forbidden, do not turn the provision He gave as pure and lawful into the forbidden. Also, when the verse says: do not be ungrateful through excess, it means: do not go too far, crave worldly goods, love worldly goods more than Allah, and so be ungrateful for what He gives. Yes, you may love something very much, you may desire it greatly, but whatever you love greatly, whatever you desire greatly, this verse — do not forget it. We give its meaning.

If there is one to be loved, it is Allah. If there is one to be feared, it says, if there is one to be feared most, it is Allah. Let me say it again from the start. I said it a bit incompletely. If there is one to be loved most, it is Allah. If there is one to be feared most, it is again Allah. Yes. In this case, let this verse be your measure. Let it be your formula. Constantly comparing worldly goods with the love of Allah, act accordingly. If love of the world surpasses love of Allah, fear yourselves. Yes. After so many miracles

before coming to this, let us take it from the beginning. Also, when the verse says: do not be ungrateful through excess, it means: do not go too far, craving worldly goods, worldly goods more than Allah loving, do not be ungrateful for what He, for what He gives. After so many miracles, whoever turns his back on Allah, through excess loves what Allah gives more than Allah, and is ungrateful to Allah Almighty, does not see what He gives, Allah's wrath will one day seize him. Whoever has been seized by Allah's wrath, he will never prosper again. That is, if he has gone to the hereafter a sinner and become destined for hell, what an evil place of return, such people will never prosper again.

Theirs is the eternal and endless torment of an eternal and endless life. May Allah Almighty protect us all from such an end, and from such a feeling, from such worldly craving.
