Translation

On the Day when they will see the angels, there are no glad tidings for great sinners and they will say; “It is forbidden for you (to joy), forbidden!”

Tafsir

Those who disbelieve in Allah and the Hereafter, those who say that there is no resurrection after death, those who declare that they want to see an angel traveling with the Prophet, or those who do not expect to appear before Allah, or those who have other ideologies and follow their own invented religions which are not true, on the day they see the angels, they will realize that Allah's promise is true, that the resurrection after death is true, that the Prophets and the Books are true, and they will know that they are sinners. When that day comes, the day of reckoning, the day when they are gathered before Allah, they will want to hear news of joy. But the angels will say to them, "There is no rejoicing for you today and there will never be any news of rejoicing. Rejoicing is forbidden to you. They will say. Because Allah invited you to His Essence and you disbelieved in Allah. Allah sent you Prophets and Verses, you mocked the Prophets and Verses. Allah opened the doors of repentance to you, but you did not repent to Allah out of your arrogance and pride. You disobeyed Allah's commands, deified your ego and followed your ego. You committed injustice and injustice in the earth. You were proud and arrogant. You never expected to appear before Allah. Today you are forbidden to rejoice. They say, 'You are not the ones who will hear news of eternal joy.

What is said in the video

Surah Al-Furqan, verse 22 But on the day they see the angels,

for the sinners on that day there is no good news at all. And rejoicing is forbidden to you. Forbidden, they will say. Who? The angels will say it. To whom? To those who are non-Muslim. Those who, without faith, as unbelievers, go to the hereafter. Those who deny Allah and the hereafter. Those who say there is no resurrection after death. Those who said they wanted to see an angel accompanying the prophets, the prophet — who declared this. Or those who do not hope to come into Allah's presence. Those who, holding other ideologies, listening to their own inventions that are not true, chase after them — on the day they see the angels, that Allah's promise is true, that resurrection after death is true, that the prophets and the books are true, they will understand, and they will know that they are sinners.

So when that day comes, that is, the day of reckoning, the day of gathering in Allah's presence, they want to hear good news. But the angels will say to them: today there is no rejoicing for you, and there will never be good news for you. Rejoicing is forbidden to you, they will say. Because Allah invited you to His essence. You denied Allah. Allah sent you prophets and verses. You mocked the prophets and verses. Allah opened the doors of repentance to you. Out of your arrogance and pride you did not turn to Allah and repent. Opposing Allah's commands, you deified your nafs and followed your nafs.

On earth you committed injustice and unfairness. With pride and arrogance you (?) acted haughty. You never hoped to come into Allah's presence. So today rejoicing is forbidden to you. Nor are you ones who will hear eternal good news, they say to them. Eternal good news you will hear — well, you are not ones who will hear it, the angels say. And so it is announced that they are destined for hell forever.
