Translation

On that Day, the dwelling of the people of the Paradise is better (and peaceful) and the place they will rest in is beautiful.

Tafsir

Those who obey and believe in Allah and His Messenger, who have piety, who abstain from the lawful and unlawful, who avoid Allah's commands and prohibitions, and who serve Allah, will be welcomed and sent to Paradise, where Allah's promise is true. They will reach eternal bliss here in all kinds of blessings, with all their desires fulfilled.

People who have faith in Allah and belief in the Hereafter have built the land of eternal bliss and have found comfort and peace in the land of truth. Surely man realizes that the world will one day come to an end and that he is a traveler on this earth and will pass away. If only the people who entertained themselves and set up their headquarters in this mortal world and for a little while of a temporary life could think about the end of this life! If only they could believe in Allah and the Hereafter by making preparations for the Hereafter, with the thought of what would I do if there is such a place! In that case, no matter how sinful people were, they would be forgiven and they would enter Paradise because Allah's mercy and grace is great.

By declaring that the inhabitants of Paradise will have eternal bliss there, Allah (swt) is awakening people by making them envious of these places, and by making them aware of Him, otherwise they will be subjected to punishment.

What is said in the video

Surah Al-Furqan, verse 24 On that day the dwelling of the people of Paradise will be most peaceful, and their place of rest very beautiful, it says. Of course, this is Paradise.

There all the desires and wishes of people will be fulfilled. Those who obey Allah and the Prophet and who believe, who, as people of taqwa, are mindful of the lawful and the forbidden, who are servants of Allah, heeding His commands and prohibitions, the people of Paradise, are welcomed warmly, that is, by Allah Almighty they are welcomed, and are sent to the Gardens of which Allah's promise is true. There, amid every kind of blessing, with all their desires fulfilled, they attain eternal bliss. So people who believe in Allah and in the Hereafter have built up the abode of eternal bliss, and in the abode of truth they have attained comfort and peace.

Surely man is aware that the world will one day come to an end, that he himself is but a traveler on the earth and will depart from here; he perceives this. If only the people who, in the brief time of this transient world and a passing life, amuse themselves in the world and set up camp here could think of the end of this life. If only, about the realm beyond death that they do not believe in, they had even a little the thought, "What if such a place exists, what will I do?", and prepared for the Hereafter, and could believe in Allah and the Hereafter. In that case, however sinful people might be, surely, since Allah's mercy and generous grace are so great, they would be forgiven and would attain Paradise. That is, even if they suffer their punishment in Hell, they do not stay there forever like those who are in Hell forever; they still attain Allah's mercy and would be among those who go to Paradise.

By declaring to people that the people of Paradise will attain eternal bliss there, Allah Almighty makes people long for these places, and by declaring that He is to be known, and that otherwise they will be subjected to punishment, He awakens people.
