Tafsir
On that Day of Reckoning, the sky will be split with white clouds. The saying here that the sky will be divided with white clouds is metaphorical. It means that the angels will descend in divisions like white clouds. The descending of these angels in divisions means that each of them has a separate duty, and on that day of reckoning, those who will be reckoned with will be shown the paths and stations of Paradise by the angels in charge, and they will serve the people of Paradise until the people of Paradise settle in their places. The angels will guide those in hell until they go to hell. Those who do not want to go to Hell and resist will be dragged away.

This is not in this world, it is in the Hereafter. When the earth is brought forth, that is, what does Allah Almighty say? The earth another earth. That these angels descend in ranks means that each of them has its own separate duties; on that Day of Reckoning, of those whose account has been settled, by the angels on duty, first the people of Paradise will be shown the way to Paradise and its stations, and the people of Paradise, those settling into their places, until they have settled in, they will be at their service. And for the people of Hell, (?) angels will show the way to Hell. Those who do not want to go to Hell and resist, they will drag away. Yes.
