Translation

On that Day, bounties will truly belong to Rahman (Allah, the Merciful). And for the blasphemers, it will be a day of hardship.

Tafsir

In the Hereafter, on that Day of Reckoning, the property belongs to Allah, the true Owner of the property. And Allah will have absolute power on that Day, and on the Day of Reckoning the judgment will be for Allah alone, the Most Merciful, the Most Merciful.

In the realm of property, people can possess property temporarily during their lifetime as a trustee. Again, people can judge among themselves.

When Allah says, "On that day, the property belongs to Allah alone," His property is taken away from people, and when He says, "On that day, the judgment belongs to Allah alone," every soul will be held to account by the Judge of Judges, and on that day of reckoning, no force or power can judge or change Allah's judgment except Allah's judgment.

The decision of judgment has been taken from the hands of human beings, and only human beings will be made accountable for what they have done on that Day of Reckoning. When the disbelievers see that Day of Reckoning in which they do not believe, it will be a very hard day for them. Their eyes will turn blue from the fear and violence of that day. Because the day they did not believe in has come. And the sins they committed in this world have become a burden on their backs that cannot be overcome. Surely that Day will be a hard day for them. Because in the life of this world they turned their backs on Allah and made fun of Allah's commands and prohibitions with arrogance and pride. And since there is no escape for them from this Day of Reckoning, it will be a very hard day for them.

What is said in the video

Surah Al-Furqan, verse 26, we have come to it. On that day the true dominion, the sovereignty, belongs to Allah, the Most Merciful. And for the disbelievers it is a very hard day. Yes.

So on that day, the true, the dominion. Sovereignty over dominion belongs to Allah, the Most Merciful.

In the material world people are rulers, they are sultans, they are administrators. But all of them, within what Allah Almighty has entrusted, are temporary sultans, commanders, emirs. Temporary. But the true dominion, what is it? The Hereafter. This world too will pass away. So the world is temporary. And the people on it, although they are administrators of a temporary dominion, however much they may hold the title of administrator and superior, the real, true superior, the true ruler of the Hereafter, the Owner of all these worlds, and after all worlds have perished, in the Hereafter, that is, after this material world has perished, after the Last Day has come, the Owner of the Hereafter, the Owner of the hidden worlds, Hüve'l-evvelü ve'l-âhiru ve'z-zâhiru ve'l-bâtın, He who is the First, the Last and the Owner of the manifest and hidden worlds, Allah Almighty, what does He say?

True dominion and sovereignty belong to Allah, the Most Merciful. Now, this word "most merciful" here: someone has passed into the Hereafter as a Muslim and is sinful, (?) or so. Then the Merciful One says to him, "Come, I have forgiven you." Or he has few sins, and he would enter Hell and come out after a few days' punishment. He does not put these in either. But those who went as Muslims, went with their faith, and were very sinful will surely suffer their punishment there. For example, let's say they did business with interest. If he went without repenting, the decision on this is now left to Allah. Because in the verse Allah Almighty says of them that they have declared war on Allah and His Messenger.

They will rise from their graves like those struck by the jinn, it says. In that case, of course, it is doubtful whether those who deal in interest go to the Hereafter as Muslims.

Some go too far in drinking, in gambling, in fornication. But they went as Muslims. And since the rulings of the Sharia are not applied in this age, that is, since Allah Almighty knows these times: the man who fornicates wants to marry the woman who fornicates. And the woman who fornicates wants to marry the man who fornicates, it says. Well, these too in the Hereafter, of course, however much mercy Allah Almighty has, will surely suffer their punishment in Hell thoroughly. After those souls have been tamed, after they have reformed their nafs, they will go to Paradise. Yes.

So on that day true dominion, sovereignty, belongs to Allah, the Most Merciful. And for the disbelievers it is a very hard day. Why is it a very hard day for the disbelievers? Because they did not believe in the Hereafter. But when what they did not believe in befell them, they understood that they were sinners, and still within those feelings, which feelings? When they first made the covenant with Allah Almighty, not recognizing Allah who created them as Allah, not recognizing Him as God, not recognizing Him as Creator, and since they waited for the Lord of their own imagination, they will live that first realm.

Look, He has appeared before us again. Again He will call us to account. Thinking, "Our Lord who created us will save us," in that state, in that state they become people of Hell forever anyway. And none of them will turn back. Because their characters are in that state. For them, of course, it will be a hard day.

In the Hereafter, on that Day of Reckoning, dominion belongs to Allah, the true Owner of dominion. And Allah on that day is the absolute power, and on that Day of Reckoning the judgment, judgment belongs only to the Most Merciful and Most Forgiving, Allah.

In the material world people may, within their lifetimes, temporarily, like a trustee, hold property. Also, people can pass judgment among themselves. Since there is no deficiency in Allah's word, when He says that on that day dominion belongs only to Allah, dominion has been taken from people's hands; and again when He says that on that day judgment belongs only to Allah, by the Judge of judges every soul is called to account, and on that Day of Reckoning, apart from Allah's judgment, no force or power can pass judgment. And none can change Allah's judgment. Now people also break the wings and arms of the verses and quote them like that.

"Judgment belongs to Allah," it says. Well, why should judgment belong to Allah? We are living. Allah has His judgment, and we have our judgment too. Why? You always pin everything on Allah. If judgment is only Allah's, let me go and kill a man. Well, judgment is Allah's, He decreed it for me, I killed. Let me go (?) gambling. (?) So what? Allah decreed it. It is not like that. Do not quote the verse incompletely. The verse: on that day judgment belongs only to Allah. Which day? When that Supreme Court is set up. People will be gathered at the place of assembly. That Judge of judges, Eleysallahu bi ahkemi'l-hâkimîn, on that day judgment belongs only to Allah Almighty.

There He has neither a helper nor a partner. Yes.

On that day, from between our Lord's two lips, the judgment that will come out is final. No one can turn it back. And Allah Almighty never goes back on His word. So, to the judgment He will give from between those two lips, man's destiny, since there, within his destiny, he will receive the recompense for how he lived, and since he does not know what is written in his destiny, if in the world, so that on that day the judgment from between those two lips may please him, he holds to deeds that will win his Lord's pleasure in the world, Allah Almighty will make that person's face smile on that day.

Yes. Allah is just, He is the Owner of justice.

Since there is no deficiency in Allah's word, when He says that on that day dominion belongs only to Allah, dominion has been taken from people's hands; and again when He says that on that day judgment belongs only to Allah, every soul is called to account by the Judge of judges, and on that Day of Reckoning, apart from Allah's judgment, no force or power can pass judgment, and none can change Allah's judgment. The authority to pass judgment has been taken from people's hands; on that Day of Reckoning people are bound only to give account of what they have done. When the disbelievers see that Day of Reckoning they did not believe in, it will be a very hard day for them. From the fear and severity of that day their eyes will turn sky-blue.

For the day they did not believe in has come upon them. And the sins they committed in the world have become a burden on their backs that they cannot bear. Surely that day will be a hard day for them. Because in the life of this world they turned their backs on Allah, and with arrogance and pride, mocking Allah's commands and prohibitions, they amused themselves. Since they have no way left to escape this Day of Reckoning, that day has become a very hard day for these people. Yes.
