Tafsir
Allah (swt) clarifies the explanation of the above verse in this verse. He explains that the disappearance of the mountains of the world and the flatness and emptiness of the earth is the state of the earth after its re-creation in the Hereafter. That is to say; On that day people will follow the inviter; After the flattening of the world in the Hereafter, Israfil will blow the Sur. So all people will be resurrected and gathered together.
So people will not be able to side against Israfil. That is, people will see Israfil as alone and weak and will not be able to resist his invitation by Allah's command. All people will be silent for the sake of Allah, the Most Merciful and Forgiving. In a society, even if people speak slowly among themselves, their conversation resembles a hum. There is straying and disorder. It is out of decency and good manners that people will be silent in the presence of Allah. But some people will speak quietly among themselves in whispers.
