Tafsir
In response to the speech of people who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter, the Prophet (PBUH) was told to be patient. According to the verse "Every soul will taste death", it states that people who have completed a certain lifespan will be punished by Allah (swt) as they will be held accountable to Allah (swt) in the Hereafter.
(Glorify your Lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting). The meaning of tasbeeh here is that he commands him to pray. Before the sun rises is the Fajr prayer. It is 'Asr prayer before sunset.
In this verse, Allah (swt) informs us of the times of prayer and the number of times to pray in a day. Before the sun rises is the time for Fajr prayer, before it sets is the time for 'Asr prayer, before it sets is the time for Maghrib and Isha prayers, and when he says, "Glorify around the day," he means the time for noon prayer.
Allah commands people to pray at these times, as attending these prayers will bring about a state of contentment with Allah. When a person is given an order by his superior and he fulfills the task given by his superior, he feels a sense of relief that he has fulfilled his responsibility to his superior. So too, when people perform the prayer that Allah (swt) has commanded them to perform, they experience the peace of mind that comes from fulfilling Allah (swt)'s command. This peace leads people to love Allah (swt) more. In return, whoever loves Allah so much, Allah loves that servant so much.
What is said in the video
We have come to verse 130 of Surah Ta-Ha. My Messenger, be patient with what they say, it says. Be patient. So, never, in the worlds, cursing the created, and, according to our Lord's verse "he does not speak idly," patient in the face of all the torment and cruelty done to him — a prophet. He does not speak idly, after all; if He says be patient, it means be patient. Yes. Even those who oppose you, it says — you will see that punishment, and they will see it too, it says. Yes. My Messenger, be patient with what they say. Before the rising of the sun and before its setting, glorify your Lord with praise.
It is speaking of the prayer. In some hours of the night and around the day, at both its ends, glorify too, so that you may be content with Allah. Yes. How beautifully it puts it.
Against the talk of people who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter, the Prophet (peace be upon him) — Allah Almighty, to the Prophet (peace be upon him), makes known that he should be patient. According to the verse "Every soul shall taste death," a person who completes a certain lifespan will give account to Allah Almighty in the Hereafter, so He makes known that by Him their punishments will be given. Allah Almighty: before the rising of the sun and before its setting glorify your Lord with praise — what is meant here by glorification is that He commands him to pray. Before the rising of the sun is the morning prayer, and before its setting is the afternoon prayer. In this verse Allah Almighty makes known the prayer times and how many times in one day prayer is to be performed.
Before the rising of the sun the morning prayer, before its setting the afternoon prayer; His saying "some hours of the night" is the time of the evening prayer and the time of the night prayer. And when He says glorify also around the day, He makes known the time of the noon prayer.
Yes. Now, when it comes right to the top, its going around. After that, (?). From there, that is, its going toward the west, toward the west. Since by keeping up these prayers a person's state of being content with Allah comes about, Allah commands people to pray at these times. If a person receives an order from his superior and the task his superior gave him he carries out completely, he experiences the inner ease that fulfilling his responsibility to his superior gives. Likewise, the prayer Allah Almighty has commanded people — when people perform it, the peace of having fulfilled Allah Almighty's command is what they experience. This peace leads a person to love Allah Almighty more.
In return, if one loves Allah much, Allah Almighty loves that servant just as much.
