Translation

Whenever a new warning comes to them from their Lord, they listen to this with mockery.

Tafsir

Whenever guidance, a Prophet and a Book come from Allah (swt) to mankind, those who disbelieve in Allah (swt) and the Hereafter, because they like to live according to their own desires, do not stop ridiculing the Prophets sent by Allah (swt) by opposing them in unison in order to convince themselves that Allah (swt) and the Hereafter do not exist.

But those who disbelieved in Allah (Elestu bi Rabbikum) have written this disbelief as their destiny. Moreover, since their hearts are disorganized and restless, they have imprinted this state on themselves as their character. Allah, who has given them this state as their character, informs us of the condition of these people. These are people who knowingly disbelieve in Allah and whose hearts are disorganized and restless. Whenever a new warning comes to them, they ridicule these warnings and do not stop following the footsteps of Shaytan and the taghuts in their heads.

What is said in the video

The second verse of Surah Al-Anbiya is as follows. Whenever a new reminder comes to them from their Lord, that is, a verse comes, they always listen to it mockingly. Who are they? Non-Muslims. Those who are enemies of Allah and His Messenger. Those whose hearts are restless and scattered, in the realm of the hereafter, before coming into the world, at that address "Elestü bi Rabbiküm", to Allah Almighty well, those who saw their covenant as bad, saw it as rebellious, those who did not recognize our Lord, when they come into the world in this state, within the same behaviours, in a way that denies Allah, they behave and act, and so, when from Allah a verse comes, well, they mock it too.

They talk mockingly, making fun of people. This is how they prove what kind of people they are. Whenever guidance, a prophet and a book come to people from Allah Almighty, those who deny Allah and the hereafter, since they like living by the desires of their nafs, in order to convince themselves that Allah and the hereafter do not exist, in unison opposing the prophets sent by Allah, never cease mocking them. Yes. These people, among their own supporters, to show off to one another, from one another to draw, well, strength, with talk that Allah does not want, beyond the limits, with behaviour unbecoming of a human being, with their immodest exposure, these people who describe themselves as civilized are in fact people who long for civilization, like a person left thirsty in a desert who sees a mirage and runs toward water; they are in such a state, these people.

Yes.

But those who denied Allah at the address "Elestü bi Rabbiküm" have had this denial of theirs written for themselves as destiny. Moreover, since their hearts are scattered and restless, this state of theirs too they have had written for themselves as character. Allah, who gave them these states of theirs as character, informs us of these people's condition. These are people with scattered and restless hearts who deny Allah knowingly. Whenever a new reminder comes to them, they mock these reminders. Following the trail of Satan and of the taghuts at their head, they never give up. Yes.

Yes.
