Translation

Then, We fulfilled the word (that We told) to them. Thus, they and the ones who desired attained salvation. And those who went astray, were destroyed.

Tafsir

In this way the Prophets explained the command of Allah to the people. After inviting to Allah the people who asked them to do so, Allah fulfilled His promise to His Prophets. His promise to them was to include them in the class of the mukarrebun. Very few of the human beings attain the positions given to them.

And whosoever follows the command of Allah and the invitation of His Prophets, and finds the right path and turns towards the Truth, these too will attain Salvation. For Allah's promise is the Truth. Allah promises people salvation for those who believe in Allah and the Hereafter and practice the Shari'ah He has sent (no one is more faithful to his word than Allah).

What is said in the video

Then We fulfilled the promise We gave them. Thus We led both them and whomever else We willed to salvation. And the extravagant ones perished, it says. Now, according to the verse "Who is as true to his word as Allah?", Allah of course fulfills the promise He gives. Thus both them and whomever else We willed, it says. whom We willed. That is, even if a person is bad, if Allah loved that person, He takes him out of there. The others, because He did not love the others, He leaves there. He throws them into Hell or punishes them. These are wrong words. The correct version: Then We fulfilled the promise We gave them.

Thus both they and others who willed attained salvation. Who willed, look how beautiful. Those, that is, who truly know their Lord, attained salvation. And the extravagant ones perished. That is, the deniers perished, it says. Now, compared with the wrong one, does this correct one I read not distinguish Allah fully, as is His due, the correct one?

In this way the prophets explained Allah's command to people. After they invited those among them who willed to Allah, Allah Almighty fulfilled the promise He had given His prophets.

Yes.

The promise He gave them is that they be included in the class of the muqarrabun. Very few persons among people attain the ranks given to these. So whoever follows Allah's command and the call of His prophets, finds the right path, and turns to the Truth, Allah brings them, too, to salvation. Because Allah's promise is true. Allah, to people who, with faith in Allah and the Hereafter, apply the Sharia He sent, promises salvation. No one can be as true to his word as Allah.
