Explanation
Translation
When they feel Our punishment, you will see that they flee from there (places of punishment).
Tafsir
Those who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter, those who associate partners with Allah, those who mock the Prophets, and those who act excessively in the land, when Allah will destroy these people and the punishment will come and seize them, they will seek a place to flee. They try to flee with all their might to get away from the place of torment, leaving behind their possessions, which they love more than Allah and worship as gods.
People who do not heed the warnings of Allah (swt), people who know that life is in the realm of property, people who deny that there is no Hereafter, believing that they will not be resurrected and will not be held to account, will surely come to their senses and flee when they are subjected to the punishment of Allah (swt) and realize that they are wrongdoers.
What is said in the video
Verse 12. Verse 12 of Surah Al-Anbiya is this. When they sensed Our punishment, you see them fleeing from there, from the region of punishment.
Allah Almighty destroyed certain peoples. Those who overstepped the limits of Allah Almighty, the limits of His religious rulings, Allah Almighty destroyed them. In this situation, those who are sure that there is no resurrection after death,
those who crave the world with their whole being, those who, with their wealth and family, as if (?) in the world, are in love with the world: when they sense that punishment, without looking back, anxious only to save their own lives, they think neither of wealth nor of children. Come on, don't run away. Come on, turn back. Why are you running? As if you'd be saved by running? Yes.
Those who do not believe in Allah and the hereafter, who associate partners with Allah, who make fun of the prophets, when, because of their excesses on earth, Allah is to destroy these peoples and the punishment is to come and seize them, in that situation they look for a place to flee.
Leaving behind even their wealth, which they loved more than Allah and worshipped like a god, to get away from the place of punishment they try with all their might to flee. People who did not heed so many warnings of Allah Almighty, who know their life to be in the material realm and, believing they will never be resurrected again and not be called to account, deny that the hereafter exists, such people will of course, when they meet Allah's punishment, come to their senses, flee and realize that they themselves are wrongdoers. Yes. But after the last breath and once the punishment has been issued, the final state no longer helps.
Let's not even say last breath; when the soul reaches the throat, he is shown the realm of the hereafter and the places he will go to. In that state the door of repentance is closed. Their repentance is no longer accepted. It is just the same when a command of punishment comes from Allah. Then their repentance is no longer accepted either.
