Whoever is in the heavens and on earth belongs to Allah. The ones in Allah’s presence do not show arrogance in worshipping Allah and they do not tire.
Tafsir
Allah (swt) has created all these worlds, the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, to make them remember Him. All these worlds know the remembrance of Allah. Therefore, the people who worship Allah and the animate and inanimate beings He created besides these people, and the angels, do not feel any heaviness or fatigue in their worship of Allah. They also do not know arrogance and pride. As long as created human beings know their helplessness, they know their Creator as Lord, as long as they continue to worship Him, they do not tire in their worship, and they do not know arrogance and pride.
All these worlds, the earth and the sky and all that is between them, remember Allah. That there is no other god but Him and that all this creation belongs to Allah (vema huve illa zikrun lil alemin), all these worlds remember the One who does not exist except by His Essence. That is to say, they remember Allah, who is the only One, the only One, the only One who exists.
What is said in the video
Surah Al-Anbiya, verse 19: whoever is in the heavens and on earth belongs to Him, it says. To whom? It belongs to Allah. Those in His presence are not too proud to worship Him, and do not tire. They are neither proud nor do they tire. Now: whoever is in the heavens and on earth belongs to Him. What meaning does this come to here?
Is there anyone who can tell me? Whoever is in the heavens and on earth belongs to Him.
What meaning does it come to here? It took the earth as singular and addressed only people. No.
It says whatever is in the heavens and on earth, whoever is there, belongs to Him. Here comes the name of tawhid. La ilahe illallah. There is no god but Him, and the universal Creator, the owner of the world, is Allah, it says. The name of tawhid comes here. Those in His presence — this time, those in His presence, that is, we too, those who gave Allah a good covenant and know there is no god but Him, are as if in His presence. They are not too proud to worship Him. They know that the owner of the worlds, the One who created them, is a Lord, and toward Him they are neither proud nor do they tire while worshipping.
Well, are there those who are proud? There are. Who are they? At the address "Alastu bi-rabbikum", since Allah Almighty created man as a part of His Essence, man, because he saw his Lord as like himself, out of pride and arrogance turned his back and waited for the Lord of his imagination. It refers to them. They are not proud and do not tire. That is, they stand in Allah Almighty's presence with love and devotion. Yes.
Allah Almighty created all these worlds — the heavens, the earth and what lies between them — to make His Essence remembered; that is how He created them. What is the purpose? That there is no god but Him: all these created things, as we said earlier, the nuclei within the atoms of matter, the neutrons and protons, as they spin around their own axes, making a sound — though we do not hear that sound — making our Lord remembered. Why do they make Him remembered? We said it before, let's repeat it again. A factory produces a product. It takes out a patent so that someone else does not steal and produce a copy of that product.
Allah Almighty too has created these worlds, from the atom to the globe. By making all the beings He created remember His Essence, He proves that there is no god but Him.
All these worlds have known the remembrance of Allah. So the people who worship Allah, and, apart from these people, the living or lifeless beings He created, the angels, find in their worship of Allah no heaviness or weariness. Moreover, they know no arrogance or pride. Created people too, as long as one knows his helplessness, knows his Creator as Lord, and as long as he continues to worship Him, does not tire in his worship, and they know no arrogance or pride. For they know that arrogance and pride will drag a person to ruin. Indeed the accursed one, out of his arrogance and pride, did not bow to Adam, saw himself as higher and, by opposing Allah's command, was cursed.
All these worlds, the earth and the sky and what is between them, remember Allah. In the verse too it says: the heavens and the earth and what is between them have known their Lord's remembrance. That there is no other god but Him, and that all these created things belong to Allah, and "ve mâ huve illâ zikrun li'l-âlemîn": all the worlds make dhikr of the One who has subsistence by nothing other than His Essence. Ve mâ huve illâ zikrun li'l-âlemîn. Yes. People interpret this verse in other ways. It comes roughly to this meaning, but its true meaning is: all the worlds remember the One who subsists by nothing other than His Essence.
Yes.
That is, Allah, besides whom there is no other god, the only One, who subsists by His Essence — all the worlds remember Him.
