Translation

They said, “Rahman (Allah the Merciful) has adopted (angels as) children.” No! Allah is exalted above that. To the contrary, they (angels) are blessed servants.

Tafsir

They ascribed a son to Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate. They said that Allah has adopted a child. People betrayed and slandered Allah in the face of so many miracles. Hasha! Allah is exempt from the deficient attributes that such people say. Allah is One, Subhan. He needs neither children nor wives. Allah is perfect.

On the contrary, these are the servants of Allah who have received His grace and favor. They said of Hadrat Maryam that she was the wife of Allah. On the contrary, Hadrat Maryam was the recipient of Allah's favor. Our Prophet (PBUH) said about Maryam (it is enough for her to be among the four great women). These are our mother Khadija, our mother Fatima, our mother Aisha and our mother Asiya. These are the servants of Allah whose obedience to Allah has earned Allah's favor.

Moreover, what the disbelievers say about Jesus and Uzeyr, that they are the sons of Allah, is a betrayal and slander against Allah (swt). On the contrary, they are Prophets sent by Allah as His messengers, servants and Prophets to bestow His favors on people and to enlighten people's paths by telling them about the existence of Allah. These are also the servants of Allah who are the recipients of Allah's grace. They also said that angels are the daughters of Allah. There is no gender in angels. The people who say such things have betrayed and slandered Allah. On the contrary, these angels are Allah's servants who have been created for the tasks that Allah has willed and who have been granted the favor of Allah.

What is said in the video

What does He say about the Children of Israel? I have honored you above the worlds, He says. Above the worlds. Now they take this and attribute it to the Children of Israel. To the Children of Israel. They say that at that time, by the sea or on the shore, there was a people who were very backward, and that it means honored above them; look at the Word, look at what it says in the Word: He has made you honored above the worlds. He said worlds: cat, dog, human, each is a world anyway. If He has honored them above the worlds, He says this not about the people of Israel but addressing all of humanity.

Why? If the Children of Israel are human, the Arab is human too, the French is human too, the English is human too; humans, that is, people on earth, whatever people they are from, are human. Because Allah Almighty gave these people a part of His spirit, because in people there is a part of their Lord, and since in no other created being is there the spirit of Allah Almighty, Allah Almighty, taking man as His addressee, says: I have honored you above the worlds. This is the Word. But deliberately pinning this on the Children of Israel, saying Mary is Allah's wife, and calling Jesus the son of Allah, what are they doing?

They associate partners with Allah. Yes. And the Prophet (peace be upon him) says this hadith about Mary: It is enough for you to be among the four women, he says. About whom does he say it? About Mary. It is enough for you to be among these four women and be named with them, he says. Who are these four women? The first, Khadija al-Kubra, the second, our mother Asiya, the third, Fatima az- Zahra, the fourth, Mary.

How did we explain it in the tafsir? To Allah, the Most Gracious and Most Merciful, they attributed a child. They said Allah has taken a child. In the face of so many miracles, people betrayed and slandered Allah. Their slander and betrayal: in fact, at the address of Elestü bi-rabbiküm, when our spirits made a covenant with Allah Almighty, there they split into three parts. As I explained earlier, all who will come from the offspring of Adam are three groups. Ve eshâbü'l-meymeneti mâ eshâbü'l-meymeneh. O you of the right, glad tidings to you. Ve eshâbü'l-meş'emeti mâ eshâbü'l-meş'emeh. O you of the left, woe to you.

Ve's-sâbikûne's-sâbikûn, ülâike'l-mukarrabûn. Fî cennâti'n-naîm: the third group He speaks of, the group of the companions. The group of the saints, the prophets, the martyrs, the shuhada. So, because Allah Almighty gave man a part of His part, that is, a part of His spirit, man was created resembling his Lord. Resembling. Man was endowed with the attributes of the Essence.

What does the (?) say, the (?)? And the Prophet says: of the Lord of Majesty, I swear by the Lord of Majesty, he says. The Lord of Majesty. You see, man was created as the very likeness of his Lord. But Allah Almighty is not in a single form. The forms of all these people who will come from our father Adam until the Day of Judgment, the forms of people, are in the forms of our Lord. He changes form constantly. You cannot define Him (?). Allah Almighty. So, at that address of Elestü bi-rabbiküm, people, because they resembled Allah Almighty, because they saw Him as like themselves, could not believe in Allah Almighty, the One before them, as the Lord who created them, Lord in the sense of Creator, as Lord. They waited for the Lord of their imagination.

Concerning the Lord of their imagination, Allah Almighty also speaks a verse: They will not see their Lord.

And people who call themselves scholars render this wrongly. They say they will be resurrected blind and sightless. Yet what does Allah Almighty say, (?) in Surah As-Sajdah, verse 12? We have come, we have seen. Is there another return to the world? He says. We have seen, we have heard. Is there another return to the world?

But in a world with no return, at the end of the reckoning there are two places everyone will go. Either the place of torment or the place of peace. Paradise and Hell. So when it says here they will not see their Lord, the meaning symbolizes tawhid: there is no other god besides Allah for them to see the Lord they fixed in their imaginations. Yes. So people said that Allah Almighty had taken a child. They said Allah has taken a child. In the face of so many miracles, people betrayed and slandered Allah. God forbid, Allah is far above the deficient attributes such people speak of. Allah is one, the Glorified.

He needs neither child nor wife. Allah is Perfect. He is far above all deficient attributes. On the contrary, these are servants who have been granted Allah's grace and favor. Who are these? The angels. Of His favor, what does it say? On the contrary, these are servants granted Allah's grace and favor. Why grace and favor? Angels are just like our robots. Robots are lifeless, angels are alive. Whatever task they were created for, that task they carry out without flagging, without tiring, without wearying. Why? Because they are (?). Because they are genderless. Yes. The angels. So they are servants who have been granted Allah's grace and favor, it says.

Although they are alive, since they act on the program by which Allah has programmed them, their Lord will of course show them grace, will show them favor. Yes.

About our mother Mary they said she is Allah's wife. Whereas our mother Mary, on the contrary, was granted Allah's grace. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said of our mother Mary that being among those four great women is enough for her. These are our mother Khadija al-Kubra, our mother Fatima, our mother Aisha, our mother Asiya. Through their obedience to Allah they are servants granted Allah's grace. Here we will take out our mother Aisha. It is not our mother Aisha. The four great women: Khadija al-Kubra, Fatima az-Zahra, Asiya, and Mary. Why Khadija al-Kubra? Because all her wealth, she was very rich, you see, she spends in the way of the truth. She spends it on all the Muslims.

And she is the first wife of the Prophet. And Fatima is her daughter. You see,

isn't that so? Yes. Then, Asiya: to make her Pharaoh's wife, Pharaoh takes her as wife, but she prays to Allah Almighty: O my Lord, do not make me his wife, do not show me to him. He makes Pharaoh have relations with someone resembling her. Our mother Asiya lives in the palace safe from Pharaoh. Then Fatima az-Zahra. And what (?) does she have? When she was to marry Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), she says: as dowry I want my dowry. What do you want, says the Prophet or Ali. I want the right to intercede for all women as my dowry, she says. And Allah Almighty says: I have given her this right of intercession.

For all women. So for Mary, as the Prophet said: it is enough for you to be among these four women. That is, the fourth is Mary. If our mother Mary had been of a higher standing than Fatima, the right to intercede for these women would have been given to Mary. Right? So the one who will intercede for women, our mother Fatima az-Zahra, among women, even though Allah Almighty calls them the four great women, is, as follows from this, at a higher rank. Since she is at a higher rank, and since Allah will judge with justice, He does not raise the lower rank above and let it command. Right? Yes. Allah has the attribute of justice.

It is understood, I suppose.

God forbid, we said; Allah is far above the deficient attributes such people speak of. Allah is one, the Glorified. He needs neither child nor wife. Allah is Perfect. On the contrary, these are servants granted Allah's grace and favor. About our mother Mary they said she is Allah's wife. Whereas our mother Mary, on the contrary, was granted Allah's grace. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said of our mother Mary that being among those four great women is enough for her. Yes. Moreover, what the unbelievers said about Jesus and Ezra, their saying they are sons of Allah, is these people's betraying and slandering Allah Almighty.

Yes. In line with this verse, Allah Almighty indeed speaks a verse. The polytheists torment the Prophet (peace be upon him), and when they deny him, the Prophet is saddened, naturally. Thereupon Allah Almighty: My Beloved, do not grieve over what they say. In their time they betrayed Me too, He says. In their time they betrayed Me too. That is, they did not recognize Me. Me as Lord; although I created them, they betrayed Me. They denied Me. says Allah Almighty, that is. So do not grieve over them either, He says. Yes. It is their betraying and slandering Allah Almighty. On the contrary, these men, as Allah's own envoys, His servants and prophets, so that they would do good to people, telling people of Allah's existence, and light up people's paths, are sent by Allah: they are prophets.

Allah Almighty: had We sent you no prophet at all, you should have found Me with the reason We gave you, He says. Indeed, every mind. Does it not think? I came from my mother. She came from her mother. She came from her mother. Who created her? Will it rest on something in the end? How did it come about? His mind will find itself. So My mercy has reached you, He says. My mercy: I sent you prophets, books and scholars, He says. Books, prophets and scholars I sent, He says. Still, in this situation, in the face of so much truth, in the face of the miracles the prophets showed, although some rebellious peoples overstepped the limits of Allah's sharia rulings and were destroyed, people, whatever covenant they gave Allah Almighty, cannot get out of that covenant, and still, with blind eyes, deaf ears and sealed hearts, go on rebelling against Allah.

In the face of so many miracles. Yes.

On the contrary, these men, as Allah's own envoys, His servants and prophets, so that they would do good to people, telling people of Allah's existence, and light up people's paths, are prophets sent by Allah. These too are servants granted Allah's grace. Moreover, of the angels too they said: they are Allah's daughters. There is no such thing as gender among angels. People who say such things have also betrayed and slandered Allah. On the contrary, these angels too are servants created for the tasks Allah willed, who have been granted Allah's favor. Yes.
