We have not made any of mankind immortal before you. As if they will live forever if you die now.
Tafsir
All human beings and living beings on earth are mortal. They are mortal. In this respect, Allah (swt) says to His Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.), the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.), We did not give eternity to any human being before you. If we look at the past, no living creature has lasted since its creation. So, O Habibim! We will also make you pass away. Do those who stay behind you and wish for your death think that they will remain on this earth forever? He says that they too will taste death at the end of their lives, and on that day of reckoning they will be held accountable in the presence of God.
What is said in the video
In the noble Surah Ya-Sin, Allah Almighty continues in the verse: leş-şemsü yenbağî lehâ en tüdrike'l-kamere. The sun and the moon keep revolving within themselves, it says. Yes.
We had stopped at, and now come to, verse 34 of Surah Al-Anbiya.
We, before you, before you, too, granted no human being eternity, it says. Eternity. Now if you die, will they, as it were, remain eternal? Yes. Well, now I ask: as long as the world remains, is (?) everlasting? Everlasting. Isn't this eternity in the world? It is not eternity. How is it not eternity? With our Lord's permission, for as long as the destiny He permits, he will live. That is, until the Day of Judgement. Not eternal. Khidr (peace be upon him) is also alive. He is not eternal either. He too is until the Day of Judgement. And in the end he too will taste death. Every soul will taste death.
Your return to Me awaits. Yes. These are the ones who remain alive by our Lord's permission. Yes.
All people and living beings who come upon the world are perishable. They are mortal.
For this reason Allah Almighty says to the Beloved of the Almighty, the (?) of the prophets, Muhammad (peace be upon him): "Before you too We granted no human being eternity," so He declares. Allah Almighty, who created all of mankind from our father Adam and our mother Eve, did not grant eternity to them either. He did not grant eternity to Abraham (peace be upon him) either, whom He called "My Khalil".
The Prophet (peace be upon him), for whose sake He created the worlds — even though He (?) him, He made him too, in body, taste death.
So then, are we now going to remain in the world forever? If one looks at the past, no living being has remained forever since its creation. So then, O My Beloved, We will cause you too to die; and those who remain after you and wish for your death — do they think they will remain eternal on earth? You know, there are those waiting for your death — who are they? The non-Muslims, sir; since that time these non-Muslims have been enemies of the Muslims. And because they still cannot defeat the Muslims, with plans to make them slaughter one another, with schemes setting people against each other, they are trying to destroy them.
If you won't feel resentment toward them, toward whom will you? If you can't feel resentment toward the one who makes brother kill brother, toward whom will you? Yes.
Those who remain after you, who remain behind you and wish for your death — do they think they will remain eternal on earth? They too will taste death at the end of their lives. On that Day of Reckoning they will give account in the divine presence, (?). Yes.
May Allah protect you.
