Translation

Vow to that; We gave to Moses and Aaron Furqan. (At the same time) it is an enlightenment and an admonishment for the muttaqi (righteous ones who abstain).

Tafsir

Allah created human beings incomplete and sent them to the realm of the unseen. Out of His mercy, He sent Prophets and Books to human beings. Through these Prophets and Books, He sheds light before people and teaches them what they do not know. It is to those who believe in Allah and His Prophet and to those who have piety that Allah sent the Furqan through Hazrat Moses and Hazrat Harun. With the Furqan, Allah (swt) has placed before the people a light, an admonition and a counsel. As long as the owners of piety hold on to these, they will find salvation. The meaning of Furqan here is advice and counsel. The Holy Quran is also a Furqan. It is advice and counsel. He is the one who shines a light in front of people.

What is said in the video

Verse 48 is a wrongly interpreted verse. First, the wrong interpretation we will read to you. The wrong interpretation. Indeed, We gave Moses and Aaron, for the God-fearing, a light, an admonition and the Furqan, it says. What does it say? We gave a light, an admonition and the Furqan for the God-fearing. Here this verse has been (?). That is, if You gave it to the God-fearing, let the God-fearing deal with the Furqan. What's it to me? Is that so? Allah Almighty sends down the verses to all. So the correct one is: Indeed, We gave Moses and Aaron the Furqan. At the same time it is a light and an admonition for the God-fearing, it says.

Just as the Quran increases the faith of a person, that is, of the one with faith, the faith of Islam, and also the unbelief of the non-Muslim. So although the Holy Quran came to all the worlds, whoever wishes is governed by it. So, for the God-fearing it is unique and (?). Those who obey it, those who obey Allah.

The verse we read to you again. Indeed, We gave Moses and Aaron the Furqan. At the same time it is a light and an admonition for the God-fearing. Allah created people deficient and sent them to the (?) world. This deficient creation is not bodily. It is creation deficient in intellect. If Allah Almighty had created man complete in intellect, He would have created beings equal to Himself. And people would have attained the attribute of creator. But some people who don't know themselves say this. Well, I too brought this into being from nothing, he says. Your bringing into being from nothing is, according to your own mind, that partial mind of yours, your own fabrication.

Yes.

In truth, from what Allah created, you made an invention. From what He created. As long as these inventions are made, new doors of sustenance will open for people. So until the Day of Judgment, with the intellect Allah Almighty gave people, as much as He permitted, that many inventions, that much knowledge will be found. What is creating? It is bringing something into being from nothing. Whereas from what exists, what exists, what is not yet there, finding it is an invention. For example, the way Edison discovered electricity. Right? Inventions like this are one thing. Creating is another. Allah Almighty says in His verse: or do you own an atom of your world? If that were so, you would be given nothing of your world.

That is, do you own anything even as much as a seed, a sprout's seed, He says. If that were so, you would be given nothing of your world. What does this mean? You cannot create anything from nothing. If you had created, if you had created a seed along with Us, you would also have created the things to meet your own needs, to meet your needs, and We would have given you nothing of what We created, He says. So since all created things are in need of Allah, only from what Allah created do we make inventions. That is, man's deficient creation is a deficiency in intellect. It does not mean a deficient creation of the body.

Once this is understood, out of His mercy to people He sent prophets and books. With these prophets and books He holds a light before people. He teaches them what they do not know. So to those who believe in Allah and the Prophet, the God-fearing, Allah Almighty, through Moses and Aaron, sent the Furqan. With the Furqan, Allah Almighty has offered people a light, an admonition and advice.

He sends it to everyone. Who benefits from it? The God-fearing. He sends the Quran to all the worlds. Who benefits? They benefit, Muslims benefit. And among the Muslims, here the God-fearing benefit. The God-fearing. We will say "more" to this. Muslims benefit too, but the God-fearing benefit more.

Yes.

As long as the God-fearing hold fast to these, they attain salvation. The meaning of the Furqan here is advice and admonition. The meaning of the Furqan. The Holy Quran is also a Furqan. The Holy Quran. It is advice and admonition. It holds a light before people.
