Vow to that; We have given the Book to Moses, and assigned his brother Aaron as his helper.

Tafsir

Allah swears by His Essence that He sent Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' as a Prophet and gave Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' the Book. Allah (swt) gave the Book of Torah to Hadrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm'. He also gave his brother Harun 'alaihis-salâm' to him as a helper.

Allah (swt) tells the Prophet (pbuh) the stories of Prophet Moses, Prophet Aaron and Prophet Noah (pbuh), giving examples from these Prophets, telling him to be patient in the face of hostile acts against the Prophet (pbuh) and how He brought His Prophets to victory by giving news from these Prophets.

What is said in the video

Surah Al-Furqan, verse 35: Indeed, to Moses We gave the Book, and made his brother Aaron a helper to him, it says.

Allah Almighty, swearing by His own Self, declares that He sent Moses (peace be upon him) as a prophet and that He gave Moses (peace be upon him) the Book. He gave the Torah to Moses (peace be upon him). Moses (peace be upon him) says: O Lord of the worlds, my tongue lisps, give me my brother Aaron as a helper too, and He says: I have given you Aaron as a helper. Allah Almighty gave the Torah to Moses (peace be upon him). And He gave him his brother Aaron (peace be upon him) as a helper. Allah Almighty, by telling the Prophet (peace be upon him) the stories of Moses, Aaron and Noah (peace be upon them) and giving examples from them, teaches the Prophet (peace be upon him) to be patient with the hostile acts done to him, and how He brought His prophets to victory, by giving accounts of these prophets.
